This gentleman was standing at a register talking to a customer and I stepped behind him with items to purchase. This employee concluded his conversation, completely ignored me (6'2, 350, big ole beard) and walked away and started talking to another customer....totally ignored my existence, or that I was in line...waiting on him. He concluded that conversation, and I am still waiting, another associate come out, looks at me, looks away, as the original associate totally ghosts me. Soooooooo I shake my head and start walking to another line.....now, associate #2 decides to move...too little too late. The prices are good, and for the most part, my experiences here have been positive...but it just takes that one associate blowing off a customer, and that customer's day is ruined, and customers talk. Kudos to the cashier that rang me up. She was super positive, polite, and friendly.

Most of the time we find clerks who don't know the items on the shelves. In other words, they don't seem to understand what the dimensions are or how something can be installed. One time I want a battery tester. There were 3 clerks involved. They didn't know what a battery tester was. I ordered one from Walmart.com.

I looked into the issue I was having. Well it's not the batteries in my case. The charger is the root cause. I first charged like the OEM suggested. I opened my charge and the insulation around the transformer had turned back to it's original state which is a liquid. No wonder iam not happy with this cordless drill. The manufacturer of the charger did not use quality or even semi quality products in these chargers. If it is bauer then that makes it even worse.Generally they are made by a third party company . Q/A is needed I will never buy another one. And I will tell at least seven people and those seven people will tell seven more. They were rude to me in the west Tulsa store like I did it. Everything seemed to go smooth for the install however a few days after install we noticed the…read moreentire top of the pool had scratches and what looks like cracks all in the fiberglass. They came out once to address the issue by putting on wax and buffing it out which seemed to help until the sun shined on it and we could clearly see all the imperfections were still there. Dave then came out after we said the imperfections were still there and he admitted that the problem is the mold they used to make the pool. He said the molds need to be fixed and that they have just been too busy to fix them. We asked him if we had bought a pool from somewhere else if it would have the same imperfections and his response was probably not. He offered to sand the fiberglass but admitted it would not remove all the imperfections and would only shorten the life of the pool. We then asked for a percentage of money back due to the poor quality of the pool finish and he refused and accused us of trying to screw him even though I'm the one that paid 40k for a pool that looks like it has cracks in it when the sun light hits it. The pictures speak for themselves, they know they are putting out a flawed product and they don't care. Every pool they make using the flawed molds will look the same way. Spend your money somewhere else where they can act professional and stand behind the quality of their product because Dave and Lucas can't.
