Cons: I have no issues with William Sonoma until today when I went shopping with a disabled friend who is a wheelchair user. Yes the store is mostly wheelchair accessible. But there's lots of stairs and so we were always looking for the area where the ramps were. We often found ourselves getting trapped in corners and having to reverse out. My friend sits in a very narrow wheelchair so she was able to fit through all the aisles. But I feel like someone in a regular size wheelchair would not be able to.

As soon as entered the door I was greeted by Ray Long. This gentlemen was one of the most friendly and helpful person Ive experienced in any retail setting. He was super knowledgeable and just simply nice. This trait is hard to find in this type of setting. This was just minutes before they closed for the day but you couldnt tell by Ray's great attitude.
