Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. The relay I got here didn't work and just got hot (it showed signs of being defective). Went back to get a refund. I casually explained to the employee that I needed a new one because the first one was getting hot and just not working. Right off the bat he began gaslighting me that the issue wasn't the relay and was most likely a crossed wire. I disagreed, got a new relay and went on my way. That one didn't work either. I went to a different store (Ellicott City) and explained that the relays clearly weren't working and they refused to refund me because they are electronic parts. I didn't do the exchange again because they clearly weren't compatible with my vehicle or just plain cheap. I got a used Ford brand relay off ebay and it works just fine. Long story short I'm never going back to Advance Auto Parts. Bad experience all around.

Very straight-forward and unbeatable pricewise for professional car cleaning/detailing supplies. Their DiamondBrite for wheel cleaning is the most miraculous brake dust busting wheel cleaner I've ever come across...wet wheel, spray on, sit for 1-minute, hose off with strong stream of water and it cleans the wheel inside and out, and the caliper sparkling clean without brushing. The cost per gallon in the 5-gal jug is a minor fraction of the stuff you'd get at the auto parts store per ounce, and works 20x better. I get the Meguire's Tire Shine gel by the case, which costs half the per bottle cost at the retail store.

As per him the engine he is going to replace will be in good working condition, otherwise he will pay the cost of the labor. But unfortunately the replaced engine was found bad as well.This practice was repeated three time. The third and final attempt worked. I lost more than $2500/- in the shape of labor cost. I supposed to get this money back from Calton Auto Parts which I was promised by the Manager. But still on I have not received any penny or labor charges. Every time I called to the company, Mr. Ricky, Manager tells me that the check is on the way. Just the precaution for all the customers.
