They also gave me a heads up before proceeding that based on where the leak was coming from, it would cost more than normal. They could've just done it without asking, so I appreciate it that gesture! Within a few hours, my car was ready. Now, later on that evening, I realized that the tire was still leaking, but I took it back as soon as I could and they addressed the problem at no additional cost. And they did it right on the spot! I can't remember the last time that I got car work done without having to come back later. They are professional, and overall get work done faster... Even though it can be hard to gauge because my tire may be on its last leg (yikes). I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

She gets the keys to leave and suddenly he's texted the receptionist and he's trying to work something out. Mind you we have been using this shop for over 20 years! That has never been "policy". And what right does he have to hold our vehicle over the weekend. Notice the theme. All this guy wants is money. He'll say anything to get you to leave the vehicle to make a buck.
