Please beware and save yourself the time and headache! I have had to visit this location several…read moretimes, unfortunately. Each time the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful! Except for the few times I have went in and two ladies were working the front, they are very helpful! The organization and stock in this store is very poor, it's hard to find certain things as they aren't where there are designated and I have ended up purchasing items missing the full count in them (contents were stolen) because they "did not have anymore" (before even checking to see if they had any in the back) Also, the lighting in the parking lot is minimal. If you are triaging a vehicle outside the store do it before sunset otherwise it can feel pretty unsafe very quickly.

"Not sure if AutoZone or Twilight Zone" ::Futurama Fry eye squint::…read more I was hesitant to write this review because companies like AutoZone don't scream Yelp unless something goes extremely right or extremely wrong. However, this experience was very bizarre and probably worth noting. Overall, it was about a zero star experience, but I decided to show mercy due to the circumstances. So, as my mom would say, "everybody and dey momma" decided that they needed to visit AutoZone this Saturday around 2PM. It took me a long time to enter the parking lot, so I already knew the inside would be crowded. My issue was not with regard to the crowdedness of the store, but the organization, training, and professionalism of the staff. There were 3 staffers and they were having a really tough time maintaining the volume of customers. From my observation, it just seemed like every member was trying to do 3 things at once. They were getting visibly frustrated on the phone with folks and abandoning people in the store much to the visible dismay of costumers. I really feel as though if each person concentrated on the customer in front of him/her, then things would have ran much smoother. When I finally get to the register, I ask to have my check engine light examined, which is a complimentary policy of AutoZone stores. The cashier notifies me that the guy who checks (one of the 3 cashiers) was working with customers and that I would have to wait to get my car examined. Looking at the line, I was understanding and just compromised. Technically, my belief is that if I'm the next customer and that's the service that I am requesting then it should be honored, but I digress. I already had in mind the part I needed and specifically came to that store because I saw online that it was in stock. So, I tell the girl the part I need is a "starter relay." She searches it in the system and nothing comes up. Ultimately, she had no clue what I was taking about, so I offer to step out of line and pull it up on my phone directly from the AutoZone website. For the record, the part online is labeled "Relay - Starter." I don't know what kind of search engine they use, but they should have been able to pull it up. By the time the person I let up is done, I found the part on my phone. The cashiers have switched because she was having issues assisting the guy I let up, so now I have a guy cashier. He begins to assist me and out of no where, mid conversation, he just stops and assists the person behind me. I was puzzled. They must have made some sort of eye contact, or maybe he knew the guy, but it was really bizarre. The guy who he started assisting looked over to me and said "thanks, man." I was so perturbed at this point that I just looked at the dude, ignored his thanks, and looked away. He was thanking me as if I had any input in him bussing in front of me. The only thing I could POSSIBLY think of is that he was assisting this dude earlier and the dude came back, but once again, a product of them trying to do 3 things at once. Anyway, after he was done with that guy, the line had actually calmed down and it was quiet enough for him to check my engine light. The rest of the transaction went fairly smoothly. I hate to beat up on these workers because a Saturday at 2pm is probably the busiest time of the week. Things were not going their way. Computers were locking, receipt tape wasn't printing, etc., but you have to be organized, trained, and prepared for that stuff; not flustered and visibly agitated. The cashiers were relatively nice people having a bad day, so I don't even blame them; I blame management.

This is what I get for looking for low price auto repair work.Leaving updated review. What I thought was going be a positive experience. Turned out negative. March 3rd at around 6:45am, He replaced a fuel pump module , within an hour . Afterwards I drove car around the block to test out the new pump. March 4th , less than 24 hours , I took a trip to Walmart which was less than 10 miles from my home. The car initially drove okay but then it started to acted up, car shut off while turning and would go into neutral. After parking the car , car would not crank up properly and would shut off. I turned the car off and back on to try and reset it, did not work. I called the mechanic at 1:35pm in a panic , asked him what to do and if he could come back to look at his work, that the car was driving fairly fine and after the pump was installed new issues. I wanted him out o recheck his work, I also smelled something burning.( I had to get the car towed to my home , it would not drive! It would not go into gear ) He agreed that later that day he would come by to check at around 9:30pm, and that he would charge $50 for a diagnostic to see if anything else popped up . He did not come at all, and did not contact me to let me know he was not coming. The next day I had to Call , as he did not contact me back or acknowledge the message , he did not answer , I left a voicemail with concerns. He randomly text me to ask if 5pm would work to check. I replied that 5:30pm would work, he never responded at all or clarified how to remedy the situation. Please be aware of this mechanic and his customer service . It would have been better to say you are unfamiliar with the vehicle before doing unsatisfactory work. I am not left with a disabled vehicle ! Please choose wisely when trying to find a deal!

If you do make it through the block, be extra careful as you exit. My insurance company gave me a repair estimate. This garage was 60% cheaper. We have a friend who brings cars here all the time and he suggested coming. There were a few hiccups: workers left grease marks on the seats, our phone number was accidentally left off the estimate (how can you be contacted otherwise?) and one cosmetic detail was forgotten. We are taking the car back to get that last item finished. Even with some glitches, I am happy to have my beloved car that was totaled in an accident back in our driveway. One of the parts was available new or used. We asked for the used part. When the owner researched the part, a newer one was available quicker. He installed the new part at the used price. If you want to save money on a repair or service, this garage can help. I would suggest clearly communicating and asking the smallest question to make sure you are on the same page with the owner. Request having your seats covered to avoid any marks on them. I would return for other repairs.
