And design alone wouldn't be enough to deduct a star, except the service was a bit of an issue. There were only two staff present, and they were both cooks, which means one of them had to stop cooking every time a customer had a request. Service was still fairly quick and friendly, but I really can't think of another time I have experienced something like this. One star will be given back with either of the above reductions fixed. If all is fixed... I will come back, order an actual burger with actual (upcharged) cheese on my fries, and reconsider.
