My amazing Italian wine flight on the patio.
    Anna B.

How had I not been here before!? Everyone needs to know about this downtown winery! Opened by the owner of Snooze, who decided to make a career pivot & delve into Italian wines, this European-style winery is a true winner in downtown Denver. All the wines are grown & produced in Italy, and then shipped here to age a bit before served. It's a great addition to a beer-heavy culture, where we need more good quality wines to really tap into that space & get people interested. Attimo does the trick! We stopped in for a mid-day drink during a bachelorette party romp around Denver, and this was by far our favorite spot! When we walked in, we could absolutely tell the atmosphere was on point. Modern & sophisticated design touches made you feel like you were at a fancy wine bar, and there's a large outdoor patio that has been renovated to feel like an Italian summer space. The wooden tables & pastel umbrellas really add to the feel. Our server was a sommelier, and was extremely well-versed in describing the wines, giving the history of the grapes & the region, and providing us so much education in a space I am such a newbie in! It was so much fun! She was so kind and accommodating as well, and even took us on a tour of the cellar afterward! (With free wine for the tour!) The wines were amazing. And I don't get to try good Italian wine too often either, so it was a real treat! I got the white & reds flight. Bellissimo! They also have an amazing wine club that I'm going to need to sign up for the next time I stop in - which won't be long from now!

Awesome little wine bar. Be sure to join the one club. Two cheeky bottles of wine to take home a month for a decent price. Why wouldn't you take advantage of that? Happy hour goes till 5 even on Fridays! Wish they had more cocktails for it even though it's a wine bar but I'm still happy with what they have. Staff are professional and knowledgeable which is exactly what you're after at a place like this. Social distancing is enforced well here which is good to see. Be expected to have your temperature taken upon entering.

I LOVE this spot in Denver! I had no idea this winery was here, and I really wish I knew sooner. This is such a cute place and would make the perfect spot for date night or a more intimate get-together with friends. I love this little winery right in the center of Denver, where they import the grape juice and make the wine themselves on-site. My boyfriend and I visited on a Wednesday night, so it wasn't super busy, which was great to have time to talk to the bartender! We each got a flight, one white wine and one red. We loved tasting the range of wines they make here, and having each explained by the bartender. He taught us so much about the wines there and wines in general, and we had a great time learning from him! We tried the homemade bread with the cultured butter, and it was absolutely delicious. I can't recommend it enough! If you are in the area or thinking of visiting downtown Denver, you should definitely make this your stop! I would be here all the time and join the wine club if I lived in the area, but this will definitely be my first stop when back in Denver!

The wine was amazing as well as the vibes of the space. Great place for date night or celebrations! I plan on going back.

This has been one of my favorite places to support during the pandemic. They were doing free deliveries for a while, so I would stock up weekly when I could. Recently, my family and I visited their patio to eat and drink while listening to music. It was the best experience. They closed their kitchen for the evening and had a local food truck. The burgers were fantastic! We order some of their house sangria. It was a perfect blend. The best part was enjoying the ambience on their patio and listening to live music. It was a perfect date night.

The atmosphere was bellisimo- loved the tile floor, the decanters turned into light fixtures. The service was friendly and on point. Our first round of drinks, the Bianco and the strawberry acobia spritz, were hard to get through- the bianco had a bitterness that was reminiscent of aperol, and the spritz was heavy on the herbal basil, light on the strawberry flavor or any flavor at all. However, the second round was considerably better- the Rossi was a really tasty red, and the Rocky GT was a beautiful purple color made with empress gin and tonic. I would probably return and try something else- I don't think I found my drink really. They run a limited happy hour menu from 3-6 every day, and I'd probably come back to try something else on the menu.

We absolutely love Attimo's food and wine. We truly appreciate the online ordering and delivery these past few weeks. Since we can't be there on site, we are thrilled to have a little bit of Italy in our home. Grazie Attimo team!

This is a beautiful, quaint tasting room in the heart of downtown. Excellent wine selections and a very price conscious wine club! Scott (Director of Sales) came and sat with us to explain their wine making process and the logistics of importing from Italy etc. In addition to a basic intro to wine education. Very personable and hospitable place. Highly recommend. NOTE: Call business. Hours are incorrect on apple/Google/yelp. Open 7 days a week currently as of Jan 2022.

My refreshing Rosso which breathed life back into my weary bones

While foraging and scavenging for sustenance through the far away and exotic foreign land of Denver, Colorado I happened upon this little gem of an establishment. Cold and hungry from my travails through the Illuminati run Denver International airport and the daunting process of checking into my hotel Ramble down the street, I felt compelled to quench my weary and thirsty physical with a glass of refreshing wine. I would soon come to find out that this was no ordinary wine however. This wine is imported from even farther and far more exotic lands known to the world over as Italy. I never really messed with Italian wines too heavy, usually opting for Napa Valley Cabs and Sonoma County Pinots and occasionally dabbling with Malbecs from Argentina or even getting real luxurious and going Frenchy from time to time. But I was surprisingly dazzled with these Italian blends. My senses were immediately overwhelmed with visions of Tuscany, much like the episode of the Sopranos where Tony goes back to the old country and becomes enchanted with the acting female boss of the Italian set of the crew. At the risk of going off into another tangent altogether I'll get back to the wine itself. The Rosso which I partook was a nice blend of Cab and other grapes with fruity notes which are counterbalanced nicely with the addition of the Barbara and Dolcetto grapes. Another pleasant aspect of my visit to Attimo was the exchanged pleasantries between I and a nice young member of their staff by the name of Katie. Katie was a sweetheart and I appreciate her tending to me in my time of need after such a long arduous flight with no wine.

Service and wine were good. Food, however, not so good. Bland and disappointing. A poor attempt at Italian food.

Our server was very attentive and helpful with our meal selection. While the biscuit breakfast comes with scrambled eggs they were kind enough to make mine over medium and also extra crispy bacon. The freshly made to order biscuits were so delicious with the butter and jams. We order the chocolate chip cookie skillet and it comes à la mode. Be warned it's HOT! I burned my tongue and it was so worth it. I would recommend asking for a second scoop of ice cream as it felt a little small in comparison to the size of the cookie. But get this dessert! The property is quite nice to walk around and even has a little gift shop. Give them a visit!

The first thing that grabs you as you're driving through the back, roads of Weld County among farms and ranches is the warmth of this location with trees, a long drive and a small pond. It truly is a picturesque setting and some families were already walking around the pond and nearby grounds taking family photos. We had a small wait for our table, which was not unexpected since had a large group. The drink options were amazing and the bartenders on duty did not disappoint with their preparations. The menu however, was great for those who were seeking carbs, but left something to be desired if you were seeking any protein options. We started with the Charcuterie and Bruschetta Barrata boards along with the Warm Spinach and Artichoke dip. A couple of flatbread pizzas wrapped up the dinner options for us. We were celebrating a birthday and brought a cake in the staff was kind enough to let us keep it in the cooler until it was time to be served. With almost every table filled outdoors and indoors, the staff did a good job of keeping up with our tables needs and balancing the other tables in their respective stations. We did have to seek out our waiter a couple of times to order additional items but they were quite busy. This place is ideal for a light, relaxing meal with drinks and the company of friends. It is not the place to go for those with a hearty appetite as you may be disappointed with the scarcity of options on the menu, but for events in a beautiful setting, you can't go wrong here!

We loved the ambiance, feeling like we'd really discovered a gem off the beaten track, pun intended. By joining the club, it was a monthly excuse to plan a special night out to what became one of our favorite places for date night. It's been a couple of years now, but we had occassion to meet the owners, when we mistook their closing time for an hour later. The lights were still on, so we didn't realize our mistake, until they'd already invited us in to exchange our monthly growler with such warmth. Super nice people, reflecting the vibe we always felt on our other visits. The staff echoes that disposition, always friendly and knowledgeable. Though the winery isn't on-site, I've always been impressed with their tasting experience. I've now been a member for over 5 years, going in at least once a month, and they still suggest trying seasonal options and have broadened my palette... Though my ex and I have parted ways for a long while now and he moved away, he's kept our membership current, calling it my "alimony," and a nod to remembering the good times we had together. I recommend Bigsby's for all the good memories for all the folks, be it a lazy summer afternoon on the patio or a cozy evening in the lounge area with a glass of red when it's cold outside!

Then when he did acknowledge me and I stated I would sit at the bar, it took several minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. The staff was busy speaking to each other and doing side work. Once I was acknowledged, things started getting a little better. When I arrived during breakfast/brunch, I was informed they were in the middle of a menu change, so my choices were limited. Breakfast items include bacon and burritos. I started off with a charcuterie board (though I had asked for a fromage board). This was not only because I wanted some tasty cheese, but I was trying to kill time until the lunch/dinner menu started. The board was a great board, two different meats, three cheeses, a loaf of bread, some nuts and jellies. But it was 40 dollars! I had a few small plates (which was still a lot of food). I had a melon and cucumber salad, which was a good palate cleanser. I also had the roasted king mushrooms, which were underwhelming with no seasoning, and they were a little chewy. The best thing was the wild boar meatballs, which were seasoned really well and in a savory, delicious marinara sauce. All the cocktails were fruity (but not sweet) and refreshing. I had one that was carrot based (Kiss my Carrot with tequila, cointreau, carrot, orange, and ginger), one that had pineapple flavor (paper boat with rum, falernum, aperol, lemon, pineapple), and the smoky smoke and flower (hibiscus mezcal, cointreau, pama, rose water). This spot is a winery, so they have a large wine list. They have handhelds like burgers and flatbreads. Starters like artichoke dip and bruschetta. Some of the current entrees, which might change, are hanger steak, chilean salmon, cauliflower steak. They had a gnocchi dish I was interested in, but it's already been removed from the menu. The restaurant is classy and just like a winery is expected to be. The food is pretty good. But the service was really subpar.
