Never use this company!…read more I contracted this company to install countertops in my home. They sent a crew that spoke no English. They did a terrible job. Huge gaps, terrible seams, crooked sinks. I complained. The company refused to cut new stone. They sent the same crew out again, with no translator. They attempted to make adjustments to the countertop in place. This created dust that filled my entire home. It did not fix the problems. They came back 3 times to make adjustments. Beyond the language barrier, the crew was very unprofessional. They took tools out of my garage and used them to complete work. Nothing was stolen but seriously you don't have your own drill? The company was terrible to deal with. We would call and no one would answer. We would go to the store and it would be closed during their posted business hours. We left messages and sent emails, and it would take days to get a response. The only thing they wanted to do was send out the crew who couldn't understand my complaints for adjustments. They acted like the work in the photos below was quality and that my wife and I had unreasonable expectations.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about CC. From the moment I spoke with Chi, I knew we would be in good hands. She had Ms Linda measured our kitchen right next day, and we confirmed our 3d design in 4 days before ordering. They installed our entire kitchen in one week, and just 2 days project. Chi and her team's knowledge around everything needed to complete the work is phenomenal. The work took just 2 days. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and over-delivered on what we asked them to do. If you are considering redoing your kitchen with CC, you should. Just make sure that you call Chi.

Their cozy showroom is packed with great options and I appreciated the specialized attention and guidance I received in addition to the quality of products available. As oppose to bigger stores and pro shops, they want to understand the project and help you pick out the best possible options. The manager spent quality time with me and I was surprised to find that their pricing was competitive with similar quality at other stores. The difference is that they only carry lines they believe are high quality. The flooring arrived quickly and looks great. I would use them again!

Finally had an occasion to use their locksmith services, and they did a great job. I brought in my…read morerim lock looking to replace it so that I could get one that comes with a key, plus possibly a new doorknob because mine was a bit rickety. They said they could make me a key for my current lock for only 20 dollars, and they offered to clean up the lock as well. As far as the knob, the new ones are all super pricey, so they cleaned mine and added newer and more stable screws. I ended up paying 10 bucks more than the quoted price, but I'm really happy with the work. The lock looks brand new despite being made in 1871, and the key is simply perfect. My childhood dream of carrying a fully functional skeleton key on my everyday key ring is now fulfilled.

I priced out a few garden supplies only to find they were the same exact price as Lowe's right down the street. New or not, the items are not returnable so naturally I would choose the Lowe's option. I visit this store probably every 90 days and will find that a huge amount of items have been sitting at the same price tag for six months or more. Most of the larger furniture they take in is not in the best shape and priced over $150.00. This includes couches that have been torn up by cats and stained up. Still, I visit waiting for the occasional item that is just mysteriously priced very low. Be aware that they sometimes do have % off specials - but there's only one whiteboard at the front of the store by the cashier that indicates this.

Moulding & Millwork and Supply is a phenomenal immersive design shop for customer experience,…read moreselection, quality, and price. We went in on a Friday to the Showroom right as they were closing, and Anna allowed us to stay an extra hour longer while she was finalizing paperwork. Anna expertly answered our questions on customization, lead times, and design combinations for baseboards, casings, and crown molding. Anna even offered a venison treat to our dog too. As we were about to leave, our starter went out, and Frank and a few other gentlemen from the warehouse, who were getting off of work on a Friday, stayed late and helped to try to jump-start our vehicle and charge our battery before we could even put in a request for roadside assistance. We were waiting for the tow truck company, and it started to get dark; the owner, David, came out and asked if we were okay, asked if we needed to use the restroom, and ensured we felt safe. David even offered to stay late to guarantee we were not left alone at night. Millwork & Molding and Supply is in a safe location with a fantastic selection. We will be outfitting our downstairs from floor to ceiling with their molding for an elegant aesthetic, factors less than the run-of-the-mill stock at Home Depot or Lowe's. I highly recommend Millwork & Molding and Supply to any individual, contractor, designer, or developer; a true gem of a company, product, and experience with wonderful people!

My experience with Renaissance Doors was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. If I…read morecould give negative stars, I absolutely would. The quality of the doors I received did not meet expectations at all. The final product didn't match the inspiration picture that was provided. What was delivered looked nothing like what was promised, which is incredibly disappointing when you're trusting a company to bring your vision to life. What's even worse is their response after the fact. Getting any kind of meaningful support or resolution was like pulling teeth. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, as if customer satisfaction is not a concern at all. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. I asked for barn doors like the picture, except I wanted them to be white. The inspiration picture shows barn doors with vertical planks and a "K" shape across each panel.

This review reflects the boards members and the manager, Jasmine of The Green Project. On a…read moreSaturday of February 28, I visited The Green Project, a salvage store facility in New Orleans where all items are donated. I've been a customer for over 5-years and have made many donations as well as many purchases. I intended to buy a pallet of flooring; I gave my credit card to the cashier to pay for the flooring; I made a hasty decision because I was leaving town in a few days, then I changed my mind. On Sunday, the following day the stored was closed, I made contact with one of the stores workers by the name of Jerome. I told him I decided not to buy the flooring and requested my credit card be credited back to me for the $1980. On Monday I called and asked if I needed to bring my card to the store for the 1980 refund. I spoke to the Manager by the name of Jasmine; she informed me that they don't give refunds. Of course, I thought that was ridicules because I hadn't even removed anything from the store and proceeded to call the credit card company and file a claim for the $1980 to be refunded. Credit One gave me a temporary refund, I left town a few days later, when I returned, I still didn't think there was a problem until May 6, 2026, the day my bank reversed the credit claim, and I owed my creditor $1980. Since then, I've made attempt after another trying to recover those funds and I have not been successful. At this time my credit account is past due, and I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. The Green project sold the flooring to someone else. The manager Jasmine told my creditor that I had picked up the flooring and also told them there was a large, posted sign stating, "no refund policy", but this is not true, there was no sign at all posted. The Green Project knows very well I did not pick up the flooring, and they should've simply refunded my card. Basically, this is theft.

This multiroom warehouse offers a plethora of bits and bobs from donated and gathered home improvement wares. One time I picked up an old door, an old timey facet head and some hinges. Recently, I eye spied, a partially used tub of tile adhesive and several random tiles. They'd be the perfect solution with someone with a tiny bathroom or counter top that needed sprucing up. You can find doors, windows, screen, light fixtures, tiles, wood, paint, and a whole host of parts that you can't pick up at any big box store.
