I found him on here and…read moretook a chance that was WELL worth it after having a total NIGHTMARE trying to get my car fixed. I had my car towed originally to one shop that advertised expertise on Volkswagens only for them to call me to say they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the tools-then towed to dealership and was faced with charges that were too high for what the car is valued at. When I called Sergio I was at my wits end. He handled me with care. The fact that he not only has a towing service partnership, his skill set for car mechanics made me feel at ease and confident that he could get the job done which he did and then some! The quality of service, his communication through out the process and the cost of repair was more than I could have hoped for. Value is more than just how much you pay its the complete package and Sergio checks every box!! He's now my forever mechanic who me, my family and friends will be going to!!!!!!

I felt like my car was in a safe and secure place and would be well cared for. They helped me unload my car off my trailer and took time to talk to me about my car and what I was looking to get accomplished. They did a good job of keeping me apprised of the progress of work on the car as well. When there were additional costs that came up they called me and asked me before they did the work which I really appreciated. It was clear from the beginning that these guys knew what they were doing. It was also good to see that they had a variety of cars in their shop. Made me feel like I could take any one of my cars there to have it worked on. Their invoice was very clear and detailed. There was no ambiguity in what I was paying for, which I really appreciated. I look forward to taking my car there again in the future.

Rating: 5/5 Stars My daughter originally found Red Sun Auto…read moreRepair and convinced me to stop going to the Honda dealership for my 2015 Honda Accord--and I am so glad she did! Phong, the manager, went above and beyond from the very first phone call. He gave me a incredibly thorough over-the-phone assessment for a basic service and an AC Freon adjustment (something the dealership had never even recommended in the 11 years I've owned the car). In person, Phong was just as engaging, warm, and professional as he was on the phone. The final price came out just slightly over the estimate because they caught another small issue, but Phong took the time to explain exactly what they did and walked through all of his recommendations. Most importantly, Phong noticed that all four of my tires had dangerous cracks on the sidewalls from running into curbs during tight turns, and warned me they could blow out at any moment. I truly believe his sharp eye and honest recommendation saved my life! I already have an appointment at Costco this Saturday to get them replaced. The camaraderie with other customers, the thorough breakdown of my receipt, and the incredibly reasonable pricing make them stand out. Thank you, Phong and team, for the life-saving and excellent service!
