I can't say enough good things about ATS Repair in Loomis. Nick recently worked on my 2004 Chevy…read more3500 and did an absolutely incredible job. He meticulously diagnosed an intake manifold issue, found another problem with an O2 sensor, and now my truck runs better than it ever has since I've owned it. What really stood out was Nick's deep knowledge, fair and straightforward pricing, and great communication throughout the process. He took the time to explain what he found and what needed to be done -- no surprises, no upselling, just honest, quality work. I was super impressed and won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else. ATS Repair has definitely earned my trust and business. Highly recommend!

In a black car with black leather interior and 100+ degree weather, it was NOT good. The other places said there was a leak, charged us to recharge the AC, but couldn't find the leak. One place even put dye in it to try to find the leak when we came back to recharge again, and still no luck in finding it. The AC worked for half a day, then it was back to blowing hot air. Nick diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even replaced the worn-out touchscreen in the dash while he had the dash out and defogged the headlights, just so they were more efficient and safer. He was quick, transparent with pricing, and I no longer hate our vehicle. Great work and a really nice guy. Even though he was busy, he didn't rush us and took the time to talk to us. I felt like my car was in a safe and secure place and would be well cared for. They helped me unload my car off my trailer and took time to talk to me about my car and what I was looking to get accomplished. They did a good job of keeping me apprised of the progress of work on the car as well. When there were additional costs that came up they called me and asked me before they did the work which I really appreciated. It was clear from the beginning that these guys knew what they were doing. It was also good to see that they had a variety of cars in their shop. Made me feel like I could take any one of my cars there to have it worked on. Their invoice was very clear and detailed. There was no ambiguity in what I was paying for, which I really appreciated. I look forward to taking my car there again in the future.

Phong, the manager, went above and beyond from the very first phone call. He gave me a incredibly thorough over-the-phone assessment for a basic service and an AC Freon adjustment (something the dealership had never even recommended in the 11 years I've owned the car). In person, Phong was just as engaging, warm, and professional as he was on the phone. The final price came out just slightly over the estimate because they caught another small issue, but Phong took the time to explain exactly what they did and walked through all of his recommendations. Most importantly, Phong noticed that all four of my tires had dangerous cracks on the sidewalls from running into curbs during tight turns, and warned me they could blow out at any moment. I truly believe his sharp eye and honest recommendation saved my life! I already have an appointment at Costco this Saturday to get them replaced. The camaraderie with other customers, the thorough breakdown of my receipt, and the incredibly reasonable pricing make them stand out. Thank you, Phong and team, for the life-saving and excellent service!
