They were friendly, considerate, and kind; thank you Meek's for helping them earn the 2nd highest award a Girl Scout can earn. We have worked with Meeks and most all of the employees there for many years, multiple times, on various projects and they have always been extraordinarily helpful and friendly. We completely rebuilt our house after raising it up on stilts and building a second story underneath and Meek's was a big part of this project. They have also donated buckets to our Arrowhead 4H Club to be used as prizes at the Carson City fair (you can never have enough buckets when you work with animals). I Have had terrible luck with my outside salesman not returning quotes and lack of professionalism. I don't feel he is interested in serving my very small construction company, And is only motivated to service his large buyers. There inventory is also very lacking. PR Supply just sells the flooring, they use/recommend installers. It turned out the installer we used, his brother Shane Prouty, did not have a contractor's license (contracor's license is requiredl to install flooring in NV) and the installation, as proven by an inspector, was not done correctly. We went to PR Supply's owner, Wayne Prouty, for replacement but since the installers he uses are "independent contractors" PR Supply is not responsible. He told me he put a claim in to the manufacturer but the claim was denied because the flooring wasn't bad, the installation was bad. Consequently my Waterproof LVP is breaking between planks (obviously not waterproof) in 17 places in 6 different rooms. $23K and no one will take responsibility. Basically after being strung along for 14 months was told I'm SOL.

Called Carson Door for a quote along with how long on turn around, they said approximately a week. We dropped off the door and as promised in week we received a phone call stating the door was ready to be picked up, gal was friendly on the phone let me know their hours - woo-hoo that easy and went to pick up the door the following day!! Now we have a new door that not only fits well, it no longer has a gapping hole in it so fire safety restored along with our heating & cooling bill will be much better!! We had a propane dryer prior to this but chose to put in electric. We had to do some work to the electrical box and wiring so we needed some conduit and supplies. It was difficult to find someone who knew about those departments. It took us twice as long to find what we needed than to buy a large appliance and get it loaded. 1 star for check out. It is ridiculous that we have to work at checking ourselves out and giving Lowe's are hard earned money while someone gets paid to stand their and watch us work. Not a fan.

Trailer cannot be rented because they do not have the registration or plates available for the trailer. They blamed the inconvenience on the DMV. Seems like a lot of these large corporate businesses Have someone else to blame every time now. The customer gets screwed time in and time out. Please try to rent from small local businesses.
