I've visited this Restoration Hardware Outlet location twice now, and unfortunately both visits had…read morethe same issue: very inconsistent customer service. On my most recent trip, I came in looking for nightstands. One associate smiled and acknowledged me, but no one offered assistance. A couple walked in shortly after, and a salesperson immediately approached them while completely bypassing me. This was almost identical to my previous visit, where I was only asked if I needed help as I was walking out the door. I don't expect constant attention, but a luxury-focused store should at least offer consistent, basic customer service to all customers. It's hard not to feel like assumptions were being made about who was worth assisting. I'm sharing this so management is aware, because every customer deserves to feel welcome--not overlooked.
