They are extremely high, they try to grab every penny they can such as claiming my gutters and downspouts were damage by hail. We didn't even have hail come through, it was wind damage. Watch out for these guys and get other quotes. This business is rife with people like this.

When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! After The Roof Clinic replaced my roof, I discovered the roof-to-edge section was not up to current building code. It took three months of back-and-forth just to get them to bring it up to required building codes. In addition, there were a few lifted shingles, several nail pops, and their team left debris in my sun tunnel. Recently, it came to my attention that a crucial coupler on the sun tunnel was broken during construction. When I brought the broken coupler to management's attention, Eric's initial response was that their warranty "only covers leaks." Evidently, if the crew breaks your property, you are expected to foot the bill. Although Eric agreed to review the repair estimate, over two weeks have passed, and I have heard nothing since. It is now more than 20 months since the roof was replaced and I am still devoting time and energy on this roof replacement. Courteous, yes; exterior clean up, very good. Professional and prompt, sense of accountability, No.

HomeSmart was the only company that showed up and handed over a packet with a copy of their liability policy within. They even arranged to have a representative present to walk through the inspection with our insurance company adjuster. Indeed, they totally did the hand-holding thing for my mother whenever she requested it. And the new roof is looking good! (I'd say it looks better than the original roof.) They finished the job on the 2nd day and cleaned up any mess they'd left.
