They took a look at the leak damage and were on my roof in 5 minutes looking for the issue. Alden advised me that it would be in my best interest to not make a claim to my insurance. He resealed my exhaust pipe free of charge and also cleaned out my gutters they may have been causing the water to rise and sit there and be able to get inside.
