I wasn't even able to get into a plank position, let alone do a push-up. Ryan and the rest of the Athletico staff were amazing! I did two 1.5 hour visits per week for about eight weeks. By the end of my time at Athletico, I was able to hold a plank for 10 seconds at a time and now, 8 months later, I'm able to hold it for a minute and a half! 4 months after I finished, I ran the Indianapolis Mini marathon, and I'm training for a full marathon this December with no back pain! I can't believe the difference that Ryan and his staff made in my life!! DO THE EXERCISES they assign - they really do work!!! :)
