They focus on strengthing and repairing the body as it was before or even better. The receptionist and all the therapists are compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and take your success seriously. They have the equipment, training and skills I'm looking for. My doctor ordered water therapy to assist with my therapy the first time I was a patient. It was amazing as you no more step into the pool than the pain disappears while completing the excersises. I've just completed almost 2 months of therapy and my confidence and balance is returning when I attempt many of the exercises. I have at least another 6 to 8 weeks to correct and restore my physical capabilities. It will take time and hard work to repair my physical coordination and agility. I've been in the hospital 4 times in the past 4 months and inpatient at two rehab centers. Now I'm praying to heal quickly and stay out of the hospital. Select Physical Therapy is helping me regain my strength and body functions I cannot perform. I'm looking forward to returning to at least performing 75% - 80% of my skill sets. I was perplexed because they had spoken with him directly over the phone. After a few minutes, they went with my appointment, but from what I heard and saw, it looked like them being overbooked was more the issue, because my therapist kept thanking another therapist for taking her patient. At the end of the appointment my therapist looked at her calendar and said that she would have to call me to schedule my next visit, mind you I am supposed to go twice a week. Any way, that appointment was on a Monday and as of that Friday I still had not received a call. Fortunately, I saw the writing on the wall early and set up some sessions with another company who has already seen me and laid out my schedule for as far as I would like. If you are looking for a physical therapist, I would probably skip this place and look elsewhere. I did not get nowhere near the service that I am use to here. And thankfully figured it out with only one session in.

I feel lucky that they're only located a block from home (inside Invoke's downtown studio). Note that this is an out of pocket physical therapist but I'm squeezing all the value and learning I can out of each visit. They offer pelvic floor therapy as well as traditional therapy. I love how this space is home not only to yoga and Pilates but also massage and physical therapy. Gracie has been very supportive in this process- from both the pelvic floor aspects to discussing my bone density scan and goals to get back on track. Highly recommend if you're looking for thoughtful care in a peaceful environment.

I've been so impressed with Dr. Jacob Ramsey-Morrow, who treats acute and chronic spine pain,…read morespasticity, musculoskelin pain, and specializes in nonsurgical treatment options for these conditions. He performs fluoroscopically and ultra-sound guided procedures for pain and spasticity. He is located at the IU Neuroscience Center directly facing W. 16th Street. This large glass building is very easy to find, and a parking garage is attached to the Neuroscience Center (ticket not validated). Patients can be dropped off by the main lobby with wheelchairs available by the information desk. The staff at the desk are super friendly and helpful. The doctor is personable and well-spoken, explains the process well, and has a visual aid, plus he answered all my questions. I do wish I had taken a few notes to remember medication given and some of the other details, but I have an appointment in a couple of weeks. During the procedure, he explains first what he is about to do. I love that so I can prepare myself. Dr. Morrow was great about controlling the pain and checked often on me. Most of what I felt was pressure when injecting the medication. This was my second procedure to resolve another area in my spine. I am still anxious but no longer fearful as I was during the first procedure. I worry slightly of the complications that could occur, but I feel it is worth the risks. Dr. Ramsey-Morrow and his team have earned my trust. After two procedures, I truly believe he is a dedicated and skillful physician who acknowledges each patient as an individual. I didn't feel as if I was in an assembly line but his only patient. The area of my spine addressed is already showing signs of improvement. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey-Morrow if you have any of the conditions mentioned above.
