I relied on that information when I decided to receive treatment there. Years later, that promise has not been honored, and I feel that I was given misleading information to get me through the door. I was billed around $400 per day, even though my sessions did not always last a full hour and were sometimes much shorter. Based on my experience, the way the services and billing were explained to me did not match what actually happened. I consider that misleading and believe their advertising and promises about costs were not clear or accurate. I have waited patiently for years trying to get this resolved. I also called several times and did not receive return calls. That made me feel like my concerns only mattered when money was involved. In my experience, this practice gave the impression that patient care came first, but the way my billing concerns were handled made me feel that collecting money was the main priority. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this place get every statement about pricing, session length, discounts, insurance, and bill negotiations in writing before agreeing to treatment. I am sharing this because I do not want another person to make a major financial decision based on promises that may later change. I will continue documenting what happened, seeking legal advice, and considering complaints with the appropriate agencies regarding the billing practices and representations that were made to me.

I first met with Dr. Charbel explaining what I was feeling, and after examining my arm he wrote up a treatment plan for me with specific goals and a timeline. He explained what the treatment would look like and how many appointments I may need. Over the next several visits of acupuncture and tissue massage, I learned that Dr. Charbel is not only a top notch doctor, but also he is a caring, compassionate human being. He is someone I have come to trust knowing that he truly has my best interests in mind. Best of all, his treatment plan worked. My pain is gone! I stopped her at the beginning of the exam and stated I just was there for acupuncture so then she took me back to the room thankfully canceled the chiro exam. That saved me $150. After getting to the back room, I had a really great experience with the dr. but when the service was over and it came time to remove the needles, the front desk receptionist was the one who removed them and not the licensed docto... I now have this growing bruise on my neck. I dont think I'll be going back, they didn't know what was going on in the front and now I have a growing bruise... I know bruises are a side effect of acupuncture but this doesn't feel right. I might look elsewhere for acupuncture treatment... just sharing my experience.

He informed me of what he was adjusting, how he was doing it, and reassured I was comfortable with the pressures while he was adjusting. I went, and it was a very nice place. However, what threw me off was the church music in different rooms and people listening to "Dr. Wilson" on replay over the speakers in the common area. They "test you", and sure enough, there's always something wrong with you where you HAVE to get this treatment. Anyway, saw a chiropractor and spoke with him for a bit. He then wanted to do an adjustment, which I was fine with. He then prayed over me and the adjustment lasted about 30 seconds. He then said my wife (who was not a patient) needed to come back with me to do a group therapy session. I was like "What??!". It has a very cult-like vibe to it and I never went back. But one thing is sure, they WILL call you incessantly to try to get you to come back. I've since found a legitimate chiropractor and told him the story. He said he's heard of that place and has actually had some of their ex-patients cone in and tell him the same thing. He thought it was very odd as well.
