I have been to see several chiropractors and massage therapists over the past 15 years. I can say,…read morehands down, this office is the best there is for both. Dr. Keating and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable about his field and in the past year and a half I have been going to this office for appointments has expanded his offering to include additional services. My first visit was through a Groupon for massage and acupuncture. I already had a chiropractor I like that I was seeing at the time of my first visit, but I was so impressed with the services at Avon Chiropractic that I decided to make the switch. The thing I think impresses me most about AC is that the staff really listen. They know your name and they not only ask about what you need, they take care of those needs. My particular healthcare needs are pretty challenging and pretty much any day I go in their office my needs are different. This is not a cookie cutter chiropractor office. Other places I have been will do the same things over and over, no matter what you tell them you need and no matter how much or where you hurt. But not this place. They focus solely on where you hurt and help you get better...whether it is through chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, magnosphere/magnetic therapy, ultrasound/STEM technology, etc. The front office staff is also pleasing to work with as well. I never have an issue getting appointments and if I have to change an appointment, they are flexible and work with me. The hardest part of scheduling is if you want to find time to get an actual hour massage appointment. Sara is really good, so you really have to plan ahead for your time with her.

Office staff is very friendly and the doctor does amazing work. I would definitely recommend anyone…read moreto go.

I've been to this location approximately 3 times. Most recently I came here with my husband who was…read moreextremely ill; serious flu like symptoms. Upon being examined, (Dr. didn't speak the best English so that was a challenge) the Dr. made a call to Hendricks County ER because he thought my husband may have appendicitis. The Dr. also appeared to be afraid of examining my husband because of the vomiting, lethargy and inability to move about without my assistance. An urgent care doctor should expect too see anything and everything in the exam room, right? That being said, the Dr. shouldn't make the patient feel like a disease. Once the Dr. assumed my husband's diagnosis he never stepped foot in our room again (I don't think he could handle the continuous vomiting). Dr. let the nurse handle everything from there on out. Luckily, she was wonderful. 4/5 stars for the caring nurse. My husband and I arrived at urgent care about an hour before closing (in addition to having had a 45 minute drive there) and it took about 10-15 minutes to be taken to an exam room-a reasonable amount of time to wait given the other patients ahead of us. That night my husband and I ended up in the Hendricks County ER. He was diagnosed with the Norovirus, not appendicitis. 4/5 star review because I think patients should be seen based on the severity of their (obvious) ailments. My husband was vomiting violently and couldn't even sit up, but patients were still seen before him, in the order in which they arrived. Dr.'s bedside manner left a lot to be desired.
