I was perplexed because they had spoken with him directly over the phone. After a few minutes, they went with my appointment, but from what I heard and saw, it looked like them being overbooked was more the issue, because my therapist kept thanking another therapist for taking her patient. At the end of the appointment my therapist looked at her calendar and said that she would have to call me to schedule my next visit, mind you I am supposed to go twice a week. Any way, that appointment was on a Monday and as of that Friday I still had not received a call. Fortunately, I saw the writing on the wall early and set up some sessions with another company who has already seen me and laid out my schedule for as far as I would like. If you are looking for a physical therapist, I would probably skip this place and look elsewhere. I did not get nowhere near the service that I am use to here. And thankfully figured it out with only one session in.
