Honestly, I had underestimated all of my anatomical misalignments because of my giant babies and how they affect everything from posture to bladder control. I didn't know how much range of motion I lost until I started gaining it back in my program. This was honestly the best investment in myself. Michael met with her and spent a long time asking questions, then did a very thorough assessment. He sent her home with some exercises that she can do daily (everything is in an app, so it's easy to track), and mentioned some additional options we can consider after a few weeks if she's not seeing improvement. I liked that he also said he wouldn't waste our time or money if it seemed like things weren't improving, and that his intention is to get her better and on her way, not to keep her in PT for months.
