I love that she knows my problems and is always available at 8:30 am which means I do not have to waste my time in the morning. She answers questions about problems I am having and technical questions about why it hurts moving it one way over the other and much more. I think the best thing about this company and Kelsie specifically is that I had a customer plan tailored for me. When I was at my previous PT company, I was just pushed along the same path as everyone else and not listened to at all; it got to the point that it hurt more than it helped and caused me to have trigger point issues on my back. I would tell them something hurt and they would tell me to keep doing it whereas Kelsie listened to me and took it slow while listening to me both verbally and to my body language. His approach covered so much more than I had experienced with other therapists. I mean, my back was bad, I was unable to function. So by taking that visit to assess and adjust my approach to movement, to the next visit, it seemed as though their techniques just nailed it! I did what they suggested, and adjusted my seating positions, both in my car and at home. Knock on wood, I have only been a visitor to Forte, and not a patient. But I've known three people…read morewho have been patients at Forte, and all of them have had great experiences here. These patients sing praises about Forte, from the doctors to the nurses to the efficient people at the front desk. From a visitor's point of view, Forte is great. They are very straightforward with their instructions, which I appreciate. Just tell me what to do and what to expect, and I'll do it and expect it. Everything went pretty much according to what they said. They have a smoothly running system here. Visitors can help themselves to the unlimited coffee and water at the coffee and water station. This is where the Little Free Library is located! The waiting room also has multiple seating arrangements, from high-top desks to comfy chairs to love seats. Or, if you need something to eat or drink, there's a cafe on the first floor. (See my separate review for La Verna Cafe.) The waiting room is airy and bright. One thing that's kinda weird is that a "cruise director" comes and talks about what to expect with your surgery ... right in the waiting room, among all those random people. That seems unusual, right? However, there are private rooms that you're taken to when the time comes to talk about your particular case with the doctor. As a visitor who is not a patient, Forte is great. But I've been told that it's also great being a patient here, so there's that.

He performs fluoroscopically and ultra-sound guided procedures for pain and spasticity. He is located at the IU Neuroscience Center directly facing W. 16th Street. This large glass building is very easy to find, and a parking garage is attached to the Neuroscience Center (ticket not validated). Patients can be dropped off by the main lobby with wheelchairs available by the information desk. The staff at the desk are super friendly and helpful. The doctor is personable and well-spoken, explains the process well, and has a visual aid, plus he answered all my questions. I do wish I had taken a few notes to remember medication given and some of the other details, but I have an appointment in a couple of weeks. During the procedure, he explains first what he is about to do. I love that so I can prepare myself. Dr. Morrow was great about controlling the pain and checked often on me. Most of what I felt was pressure when injecting the medication. This was my second procedure to resolve another area in my spine. I am still anxious but no longer fearful as I was during the first procedure. I worry slightly of the complications that could occur, but I feel it is worth the risks. Dr. Ramsey-Morrow and his team have earned my trust. After two procedures, I truly believe he is a dedicated and skillful physician who acknowledges each patient as an individual. I didn't feel as if I was in an assembly line but his only patient. The area of my spine addressed is already showing signs of improvement. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey-Morrow if you have any of the conditions mentioned above.
