When I did need it Trinda got me in quickly for an appointment. The initial evaluation was thorough and she put the same kind of time and thought into each appointment. Her treatment plan for me changes to meet my immediate problems and needs while still considering my long-term issues and the solutions for them. She invested the time into figuring out what was behind the pain, treating it in the short term and most importantly, helping me understand how to manage it AND still live an active life. I now think of Metzger Physical Therapy the same way I do my Primary Care Physician, as a trusted service provider I am fortunate to have access to when I am in need.

The muscle pulses were a little intense, but they were much needed to ease some tension in my muscles. She laid a heating pad on my back during the whole session. That was my favorite part.
