Unfortunately I cannot give this place the review I would like. I had John and the office double…read morebilled me, overcharged me and weren't very clear when I had questions with billing. That isn't John's fault; however, I spent months with him and was dedicated to my rehab exercises outside of the clinic and I still cannot run 3 miles without pain. He was not great at explaining things. He would say, "Do these exercises a little every couple days," instead of giving me an exact regimen. It's been over a year, $1,500 dollars later, and I cannot bike at all or run like he said I would be able to. I asked my sports medicine doctor if she could find the shoe recommendations he gave me in my chart, and she admitted he hardly documents in his notes so it was hard for her to follow what was going on. I never got the information I needed. Overall disappointed with the care I received.
