Dr. Phillips was amazing in my first visit to her. I arrived early and was brought back to an exam room only a minute after sitting down in the waiting room! The service was so great, I had to finish filling out my initial paperwork at the end of my appointment. Dr. Phillips is extremely nice, very personable, and was a pleasure to speak with. It almost seemed like I had been going to her for years -- but it was my first appointment! The location is Broad Ripple is convenient and parking is hidden so it is not consumed by the craziness around Broad Ripple. The office staff was very helpful and extremely nice, I felt very welcome. I'm glad to know if I need a doctor I can turn to the St. Vincent Broad Ripple clinic and Dr. Phillips!

She also does Gyno visits so she is a one stop shop for us females! She seemed concerned about some bruising I had on my leg. She didnt brush it off, but dug into my family history to see if it could have been something serious. I had some testing done that ended up not being covered by insurance. Her staff worked very hard to get insurance to adjust the bill. In the end, after many many hours of hard work from her staff, and many many faxes later, I was able to get the bill dramatically reduced. I brought them flowers to show my gratitude. Its not every clinic that provides such quality of care! They all went the extra mile and that doesn't go unnoticed!

I went to my family doctor, whom I adore, with physical complaints, including weight gain. He said…read moreI must be feeling lousy because of the weight gain, though my autoimmune numbers were up, and I should just try to lose some weight. It was a frustrating answer, since the inability to lose weight was part of the problem. My husband's coworker recommended Amy Nicley, NP, at Excell for Life, since they work on your health through dietary changes and supplements, so I made an appointment. Blood tests galore revealed major inflammation and an autioimmune issue, as well as a problem with my pancreas that prevents me from processing carbs (hence the rapid weight gain!). I never would have known that! While we're continuing to figure out my body's autoimmune issue, I'm already feeling so much better with the dietary changes and supplements we've implemented. I was having heartburn all day, every day, headaches every day---that's all gone! I have far more energy, too. And Amy won't stop looking for answers until my whole system is happy again---no shrugs and, "Let's wait it out," or, "I don't know what to tell you." She's excited to figure this out, like a detective with a thrilling case. I absolutely love that about her! The supplements are a bit pricey, but some are rather exotic compared to what I've taken before (the grocery store variety, you know), so I don't know if they'd be cheaper elsewhere. And there is a $97 out-of-pocket functional medicine fee for each visit (on top of what they bill insurance, I believe), which is a little different. But it's been worth every penny! A side note: many of the medical professionals here were patients here and experienced such great results they just HAD to make their way on staff. Truly, it's that great.

If you are looking for a good family primary care provider, my experience with Madison Family…read moreMedicine has been nothing less than a solid five star rating. They recently moved from Madison Avenue to E. Countyline Rd, in Greenwood located conveniently across the street from the new Costco. They are part of the Franciscan Physician Group. Note their new name is now Madison Family Medicine (previous name was Madison Avenue Family Practice). I paid a recent wellness visit to my primary care physician, Dr. Shelley Stiner, DO, who practices at this facility. Upon arriving at their beautiful new location, I found the facility to have a large waiting area with plenty of seating, magazines and flat screen TVs to enjoy while waiting for my appointment. The staff has always been very friendly from the front desk to the nursing assistants. Dr. Stiner always listens carefully to my concerns and offers healthy alternatives to prescriptions where possible. She is very pleasant and professional. I have always had short wait times on all of my visits and scheduling for appointments or a referral has been very easy when working with their office staff. Lastly, I love their "My Chart", web portal....you can schedule appointments see your past visits, Billings, request a prescription refill and various other things related to your healthcare experiences. They have an excellent response time to their emails that have been submitted to this portal. After each visit I receive an emailed survey of my most recent visit to complete if I choose to do so. I have always seen Dr. Stiner, but I believe they have at least one nurse practitioner and possibly more and other doctors available. For this large of facility I'm sure they have to have other physicians, but I don't have that information. Actually as I was walking out the door I saw sign for a new physician. (See photo attached) If you are ever in need of a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, I highly recommend giving Dr. Stiner a try if she is accepting new patients. I have been with her for approximately 1 1/2 years due to my doctor retiring and wanting to try a DO for my healthcare needs. Due to her high demand, I had to wait initially about six months until she was able to accept a new patient. (I had to keep calling every so often to see if they were accepting new patients). I hit it lucky I guess and on one call was told she was taking on new patients. At this point in time, I'm very happy with their services and the new location of this practice. Review #28 08/11/16

I discovered this location when I needed an urgent care (they have one attached), and dang is it…read morethe best decision I've ever made. For context, I'm a medical school professor and very comfortable in a medical setting and know what is and is not acceptable behavior. The PA I saw, Maddie, was personable, very informative, and actually listened... I know that should be what you expect at every doctor's office, but with privatization of insurance that's not always what you get. Heck, she listened and cared more than my students who are REQUIRED to to pass (ha!). She was thorough, listened to all concerned addressed them properly and provided all necessary important information including referrals and follow-ups. She was also incredibly smart and knowledgeable about a lot of topics, and you can tell because she doesn't throw a ton of big words at you to seem smart, it was demonstrated in her ability to describe things at a level that people without medical experience could understand. HIGHLY recommend. The medical assistant, Keniesha, who came in to draw blood and run an EKG was polite, knowledgeable and professional while making me feel at ease during understandably uncomfortable tests. Office staff is friendly, polite, helpful, and great at getting you all set up and going. I was taken back on time for my appointment, no unnecessary waiting (although it's totally understandable when it happens) and a very proficient & excellent overall experience

There was a line formed and the clinic did not open until 8:00 a.m. Allyson was at the front door in the cold, allowing patients to sign up for their clinic visit. Allyson called me by phone, as I waited in my warm car, when it was time for my appointment. You are required to wash your hands before coming into the waiting area; and, of course wear a mask which must cover your mouth AND your nose. Conrad was the associate who administered my Covid-19 test. Conrad explained the procedure (he also took my temperature and pulse oximetry measurements) and performed my nasal Covid-19 test. Conrad was professional, reassuring and kind as was Allyson. The pandemic has been horrible but these two associates made this process easy and stress free. I thank them for their hard work and dedication for risking their lives to assist the public.
