She's the best and the entire office staff has been wonderFul all these years. They have two locations actually-this one and Noblesville-although I'd drive an hour to keep going to them. Heck I almost do now. It is very hard to get an appointment with Dr. Ertel so call in there soon. I've also worked with Dr. Adams a couple times who was equally as great. They are rarely late for appointments and although there have been a couple times the doc has had to deliver a baby so my appointment has to get changed, they are always prompt with communication. Lastly-and most important- I mentioned she has delivered two of my babies. They were c-section but she was totally willing for me to try a VBAC after my first c-section with a previous doctor. That was important because I'm plus size and a number of doctors have too many reservations to try. Seriously- go here.

The office itself is well run and she shares it with other very good Doctors and Nurse Practitioners (I know, because I have seen them as well when she was not available for an appointment); but usually her schedule is accommodating (so, I prefer to see her). Dr. Melloh's staff is great and returns questions within a fair amount of time, and prescription refill requests within 24 hours if it's not scheduled; and the Doctor on call has always dealt with my issues promptly and professionally. Now, that is all the great stuff the Doc has going for her office-wise, as for the good MD herself, she listens intently; she is profoundly willing to work with you (not work ON you, like you're a car needing a tune-up); and, and she cares. You can tell by the way she tries to fix patients like me with ailments that are chronic. She hasn't given up on me and I'm kind of a pain in the yoo-hoo. She's a good doc and I hope she stays my PCP til she stops being one. 5 Stars all the way.

Booked first appt after birth with ease. Every step of the way after that has been difficult & unprofessional. They never answer the phones. I'm not being dramatic, not once in eight months have I been able to get anyone on the phone. They advise to book within the portal. ANYTIME I submit a request, it's a delayed response. 8 days ago, I called, no answer. Sent a portal message explaining it was an urgent medical matter that I felt she needed seen for that day. The contacted me back today, 8 days later. I 10/10 do not recommend. If you prefer a more holistic approach with peds that don't push vaccinations, there are other much better offices than this.

It was a frustrating answer, since the inability to lose weight was part of the problem. My husband's coworker recommended Amy Nicley, NP, at Excell for Life, since they work on your health through dietary changes and supplements, so I made an appointment. Blood tests galore revealed major inflammation and an autioimmune issue, as well as a problem with my pancreas that prevents me from processing carbs (hence the rapid weight gain!). I never would have known that! While we're continuing to figure out my body's autoimmune issue, I'm already feeling so much better with the dietary changes and supplements we've implemented. I was having heartburn all day, every day, headaches every day---that's all gone! I have far more energy, too. And Amy won't stop looking for answers until my whole system is happy again---no shrugs and, "Let's wait it out," or, "I don't know what to tell you." She's excited to figure this out, like a detective with a thrilling case. I absolutely love that about her! The supplements are a bit pricey, but some are rather exotic compared to what I've taken before (the grocery store variety, you know), so I don't know if they'd be cheaper elsewhere. And there is a $97 out-of-pocket functional medicine fee for each visit (on top of what they bill insurance, I believe), which is a little different. But it's been worth every penny! A side note: many of the medical professionals here were patients here and experienced such great results they just HAD to make their way on staff. Truly, it's that great.

I would highly recommend her if you are looking for competent, compassionate health care. My son's pediatrician is also at this location. Jennifer Hill-Birk is fantastic as well! Pleasing me is pretty much impossible, but I am very pleased and more than satisfied with the healthcare & the general patient care my son & I have received these past two years!!! My boyfriend and I started seeing her around the same time and he had great reviews about her too. I had nothing but trouble (because I'm a female?) from her and her office. In the last month, she stopped my anti-depressants without calling me to tell me or ask me to come into the office. I've found another doctor.
