I first met Dr. Matt and Dr. Kara at ITOWN Church and received adjustments while on staff. When I left, I noticed the difference in my body and knew I needed to resume care. My husband and I have been receiving regular weekly adjustment at The Premier Life (formerly Premier Family Chiropractic) since 2021. Our two girls have been fortunate enough to receive care since their first week of life and myself through both pregnancies. The care we receive in the office is attentive and tailored to each of us. We receive annual scans and and home care to practice outside the office to optimize healing and sustained health. And because the practice isn't about symptom managment, but really supporting the nervous system and therefore the body, they offer so many great resorces ranging from nutrition to fitness, removing toxins to supporting the body with supplements. They host a weekly podcast, put out weekly blog posts, curated a lending library in the office, and host monthly events all centering around different ways to support our bodies so they can heal themselves and we can live a "premier" life. Additionally, the doctors know my family and are so great with my girls. My two-year-old loves to go to the chiropractor! She can do all the warm-ups, loves the vibe plate, and, of course, getting a sticker at the end of each visit. The office is made for families, with cozy seating areas, an awesome coloring station, changing station (complete with clean diapers of all sizes and wipes) in the bathroom, and of course stickers. They also have commentary coffee, tea, and water, as well as several cozy seating areas--one that houses a book for prayer requests that the staff prays over each week. It's inviting and high-energy, with worship music blaring--feels like home. They also do such a wonderful job of giving back through annual food drives, diaper drives, and an Angel Tree, as well as creating events to bring in and support other local businesses. Though the cost can be intimidating and sometimes prohibitive, I can't recommend this practice more.

Like others have stated in here, I first heard about this place (They were at a different location,…read morebut same company) on the radio. I called and got an appointment set up. I went, and it was a very nice place. However, what threw me off was the church music in different rooms and people listening to "Dr. Wilson" on replay over the speakers in the common area. They "test you", and sure enough, there's always something wrong with you where you HAVE to get this treatment. Anyway, saw a chiropractor and spoke with him for a bit. He then wanted to do an adjustment, which I was fine with. He then prayed over me and the adjustment lasted about 30 seconds. He then said my wife (who was not a patient) needed to come back with me to do a group therapy session. I was like "What??!". It has a very cult-like vibe to it and I never went back. But one thing is sure, they WILL call you incessantly to try to get you to come back. I've since found a legitimate chiropractor and told him the story. He said he's heard of that place and has actually had some of their ex-patients cone in and tell him the same thing. He thought it was very odd as well. I DO NOT suggest going there, but of you do, I'd love to hear anyone's recent opinions of it.
