They help you to get your form right. The workout is challenging , but at the same time you can pace yourself if you need to. I've seen real visible changes in my fitness since starting Orangetheory.

I have been a member of Orangetheory Fitness since March 2017. As an experienced endurance athlete…read moreI can honestly say that the system and ideas that OTF uses truly work. If you're looking to shed some weight, A LOT of weight, or just even tone up and get that beach body then you need to give this gym a try. I've been to different locations and this one has become by far my favorite for multiple reasons: 1. The space of this gym is much larger than your typical Orangetheory gym, you don't have to worry about the tight spaces by the lockers or climbing one another while entering the workout room. You immediately see the difference once you walk into the studio. 2. The head trainer, Nikia, is by far my favorite coach at all Orangetheory gyms. I love the way she gives every single client equal amounts of attention, you'll never feel left out when she's coaching. I have certain training restrictions that prohibit me from using treadmills so as a result of that I stick to riding the stationary bike. I've always felt left out when going to other trainers because they usually forget to give direction to the one biking. I've never had that issue with Nikia, when she directs the treadmills to step it up she also instructs me to take it a step further on the bike and I love that. 3. The rest of the staff in the studio are just some of the most friendly bunch of people you'll ever meet. All of them are super approachable and welcoming and if you have any questions about something they are happy to help. The general manager of this studio, Maggie, did an amazing job of putting together an awesome team and you can see that everyone here works so well together. If you're looking for a new gym to call home, come check out the Spring location. It really is a gem.

It's terribly sad that I'm even having to write this review. When my family and I went into F45, we…read morewere looking for something new, fun, and exciting. And honestly, during the free class they offered us, those were the vibes I got from the place. It wasn't until after the class ended and we were confronted by the extremely "salesy" owner, Jay, that the vibe 100% changed. He provided us with packages they offered, and although he knew we were very hesitant to even purchase anything, he was still extremely pushy. The facility was 30-45 minutes away from our homes (which we mentioned), my sister is a realtor working very demanding hours at the moment and, I myself, am an ICU nurse in the middle of a pandemic working 13 hour shifts. Again, although we explained all of this, the owner or manager continued to be pushy and actually almost ridicule us by saying, "come on. You don't have 45 minutes to an hour for a work out?" When in reality, if he had actually been listening to us, we were more concerned about the hour+ long commute it would take us to get there and home, in addition to not knowing if the times the classes were held would have accommodated our schedule - (As there are only classes offered very early in the AM until 9AM and only in the evening time). We asked if they offered small packages, so we could try to see if the commute would be worth us making. He said they did not offer any small packages, nor did they offer a package for 5 classes - which we specifically asked. Needless to say, my boyfriend had to walk out because of how uncomfortable and pushy he was. In the end, he ended up "creating a new package for my sister and I" that would "benefit us" in the end, charging us over $150 for 10 classes. Later that day, I started following this specific location on Instagram and was reached out to by their social media team. They offered me a package in which the manager/owner said they did not offer in-person - FIVE CLASSES for $10. This is not only terrible customer service, but it's bad business and a lack of veracity on managements end. Even after spending the money, I refuse to go back to a place with such terrible ethics and morals. I highly recommend a different training/workout facility - or at least make sure you reach out via Instagram before going into the facility and being 100% taken advantage of. HA.

The community feel is amazing and everyone knows everyone in class and everyone supports and encourages everyone to be the best they can be. If you want the best workout in town I highly recommend coming to be a part of the F45 family. I average between 650-750 calories burnt in each class. You can too if you come join me at the 6:30 am class every week day. The trainers are also amazing, fun people who will help you be the best you can and enjoy some good conversation!
