If you are looking for a dedicated trainer, Octavius is one of the best in the Woodlands area. His ethic on working out to one's ability is sound and progress to a goal is always held as the standard to achieve. Classes in group form are fun and really take ability into account when mixed group levels are performed. If you're looking to shed some weight, A LOT of weight, or just even tone up and get that beach body then you need to give this gym a try. I've been to different locations and this one has become by far my favorite for multiple reasons: 1. The space of this gym is much larger than your typical Orangetheory gym, you don't have to worry about the tight spaces by the lockers or climbing one another while entering the workout room. You immediately see the difference once you walk into the studio. 2. The head trainer, Nikia, is by far my favorite coach at all Orangetheory gyms. I love the way she gives every single client equal amounts of attention, you'll never feel left out when she's coaching. I have certain training restrictions that prohibit me from using treadmills so as a result of that I stick to riding the stationary bike. I've always felt left out when going to other trainers because they usually forget to give direction to the one biking. I've never had that issue with Nikia, when she directs the treadmills to step it up she also instructs me to take it a step further on the bike and I love that. 3. The rest of the staff in the studio are just some of the most friendly bunch of people you'll ever meet. All of them are super approachable and welcoming and if you have any questions about something they are happy to help. The general manager of this studio, Maggie, did an amazing job of putting together an awesome team and you can see that everyone here works so well together. If you're looking for a new gym to call home, come check out the Spring location. It really is a gem.

I've been to other fitness classes and "functional fitness" gyms, and let me tell you... this one hits different. The coaches are somehow equal parts drill sergeant, hype squad, and therapist. They know your name, your limits, and exactly when you're about to fake tie your shoe to skip burpees. (Nice try, though.) And here's the kicker, they actually know what they're talking about. Just because someone has a cert doesn't mean they should be coaching. These coaches? They coach. The vibe? Immaculate. The workouts? Brutal... in that "why am I smiling after nearly passing out?" kind of way. And the community? It's like the cool kids' table if the cool kids welcomed everyone and high-fived you just for showing up. Even if you've been here before or thought, "I've done this type of workout," come again. Seriously. You've probably never experienced it like this. F45 Klein has that magic mix of accountability, fun, and sweat-soaked camaraderie that somehow makes you want to keep coming back. Try one class. Worst case? You get a killer workout. Best case? You accidentally fall in love with it. Either way: worth it. And if you've made it this far and are thinking, "I can't do that, I'm sick / injured / [insert reason here]"--don't sell yourself short.
