I'm not sure if it's bc of Covid but they need to be on top of their emails. I've sent emails inquiring about returns and never received a response. Granted you do receive the refund back but they just don't reply to emails even if you have a question about sizing. They need to be stronger in this area especially during this time and all the time actually. Don't send them direct messages on IG either bc it will go unnoticed and unanswered. The best is to call (which I have) if you have any questions. However there are times when calling is not option but sending an email is. I hope they improve on this area of their customer service in the near future. Looking forward to visiting the store when it's safe to reopen.

I spotted an adorable romper in the back room by the dressing room which had not been swooped up from the summer clothing. It fits great and the purple colors will compliment my skin tone. My friend eyed a bag and seriously contemplated buying it but it was a splurge purchase at $ 325. Of course some spend this on eye cream but it really depends what your budget is. This shop is definitely more of a go in with a purpose or if you're looking for specific items. It isn't a run of the mill clothing store where things are messily thrown in big containers that double as the display cases. This is not a Salvation Army type store, yes, all items are used, but all are designer or something you may have seen in a store. They do not have a huge vintage section and that is fine. It has just really nice things that I would end up paying a lot more for new. The service is great. The staff is nice and knows what is in the store and where. Yesterday, we went there and bought a few things. Super cute stuff and fun to shop. My daughter found new Stan Smith Adidas. They couldn't sell them because they lost the key to unlock the block thing that the alarm goes off if cut. Again, I gave my number and today, they called and found the key. Went back and got the adidas.
