    Buying a truck. Did the build and order online at Ford.com then found inventory at Athens Ford. Going to pick-up but noticed MSRPs were changed from Ford.com to Athens Ford.com for same vin. Beware.. Still not heard back from Athens Ford about how this could happen. Then of course they are wanting to add a $799 doc fee. Definitely too sleazy and they are giving car salesmen a bad name.

    Bought a loaded Mustang GT premium PP1 car that they did a roush supercharger and coilovers to. Was told it still had warranty. That according to tindol ford an authorized roush dealer was a lie. Now I have a car that after only 2 years an 12k miles can't get warranty work on and has a CEL. Want pass inspection.

    Mike Regan - sales and Shannon finance made our deal so great we had 2 3 minute convos and 3 emails... Drove up to Athens and 20 minutes and 2 diet cokes later drove out with our F150 Platinum ... We had the best walk thru in my forever new car purchasing experience. This deal ship took us by total surprise ! They put all the Mega Atlanta dealers to shame. It's like talking to humans and not " cliche's "! The Lifetime drivetrain warranty is great! It's worth shopping here and get out of the Atlanta car bubble for true service and real knowledge! Did we mention the trade for my other F150 that had been in a major accident( other drivers fault) was beyond amazing??? It was in 10,000 pieces !! " Crazy glue anyone"??!! Lol

She worked diligently with the warranty company, maintained full transparency about the job process, and everything she said would be done was completed without exception. Rubi truly knows the work, the labor involved, and the parts required. She also showed real empathy regarding the cost of the repair because no one anticipates a high service bill.     Extremely disappointed with my service experience…read more During a prior visit, I clearly asked to be contacted by my Service Advisor before any work was done, due to a pre scheduled vacation, yet repairs were completed without my knowledge . I let it go at the time, hoping it was an isolated issue of poor internal communication. I recently returned for a routine oil change, being I had previously purchased a 3 year maintenance plan. Within days my vehicle developed new issues that made it unsafe to drive. Despite receiving a "green check" on my vehicle's condition, I was later given verbal repair recommendations (not related to the current issue)only after I reached out to the Service Manager about current conditions. no written documentation was provided. Which I know to be a standard practice. At this point, I'm left questioning the level of service I received and whether it was influenced by the age of my vehicle, where it was purchased, or potential bias based on race. I expected professionalism, transparency, and communication, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

    I came in for an oil filter, which the sales associate helped me pick out the most economic choice…read morenot just trying to upsale me, which I greatly appreciated. I got out to my car, it wouldn't start. The battery was dead, and I was worried I needed a new starter as well. Turns out it was just the battery, which they once again were honest and helpful with choosing the best option for me. Special recognition to Julz, who helped me change the battery, which is especially difficult on a Chevy Impala. He did it in about 15 mnts., when the usual time it takes is 30-45 mnts. He also sprayed some non-corrosive spray, and threw in some new post covers for me. Very helpful, saved me a LOT of time and headache.

    this store has terrible customer service. two times in a row when i go into exchange the battery…read morethat doesn't start my car they will not complete the transaction. SPECIFICALLY JOSH HAMMOND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. at the time his friends that were not employees in the store and drinking while instigating the interaction. the first time exchanging the battery the cashier called the manager who refused to explain the warranty policies, ended up getting the battery replaced there anyway after calling another advanced auto location to confirm the warranty and the exchange was completed. the second time in late january 2025 JOSHUA HAMMOND refused to do his job and wouldn't or He said he "couldn't" pull up the transaction, which was pulled up the time before. This place is ridiculous.
