Definitely stressful but it ended up working out well for me (this was more of a luxury hotel). Pros: -Super comfy bed, I had a room with a king bed -There is a restaurant on-site -The hotel is definitely modern but very tastefully decorated -Lots of plugs to plug in phone chargers, etc. -You can add on breakfast - on the Delta Travel site it was $11 and my breakfast cost $21 so objectively it's a good deal, however it's limited to only four entree choices and juice or coffee. -Friendly front desk employees Cons: -The toilet would make a weird noise whenever I would flush it -The rooms are okay-sized (300 sq. ft.) but bathroom is tiny - if you're sharing a room with friends I could see it being a little awkward. I also couldn't completely close the bathroom door and I was afraid it would get stuck so I didn't attempt it -Parking is across the street and is $12 per day, I believe they have valet as well Overall I would stay here again - Delta Travel paid them $450 for last night's stay (!!!) but I remembered seeing it for $300 when I was looking previously (and to compare, the more-basic room I had booked was $215... I assume because it's a Friday night) which isn't quite as bad.

First impression: The place felt crowded and noisy when we arrived, but we decided to stick around. Fortunately, we were seated quickly. It has a nice little vibe, but the noise level was a bit much. Drinks: The water had a noticeable plastic taste, so I didn't drink it. Later, I ordered a soda, but it tasted off--probably an issue with their soda machine. Service: Our server was friendly and helpful, but she seemed sick, constantly sniffing, which was concerning. I also noticed her handling utensils (fork and knife) with bare hands, which felt unsanitary, especially since she appeared unwell. Food: It took about 30 minutes for our order to arrive. The Eggs Benedict had well-cooked eggs, but the ham tasted old and was tough to swallow. The bacon was good, but the pancakes were really dry. The steak, while flavorful, was served cold--almost icy--which was off-putting. I was going to Cozy Grille, but I couldn't check in, so I decided to come to Athena"s which is only 2 miles down the road. I have been to both places many times This is my first review for Athena's. The food here is very good. I usually order my omelet with mushrooms and sausage, comes w/home fries, Italian toast. My pancake is smothered with chocolate chips, its delicious.
