I have to say they did a great job on fixing the damage and the car was pretty much done when they said it would be done. Where I am totally disappointment, grease all over my light colored visors, inside windshield and ceiling controls (interior lights, moonroof...). They lost the key to my wheels but they did find another that I could use. A large chunk of rubber was somehow ripped off the weatherstrip inside my driver side door. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, Tony, he told me that his people could not have done any of this and that I probably never noticed the missing chunk of rubber. I do not work with grease and it is impossible that it was brought to them like that, they received a clean car. Also I am the only person who washes my car by hand, that said, I always open the doors and wash the door jams and panels inside the door. If that chunk of rubber was missing prior to the layover in the body shop I would have noticed it. I get in the car and drive everyday, I would have noticed. Being told I probably didn't notice was totally absurd. I was not looking for anything from the body shop but I wanted this experience to be known. So, my chat with the owner was a big disappointment! Lastly, my car was hit again and I contacted them to do the repairs. I found out pretty quickly that the insurance company removed them from their list of preferred body shops. I called Silva's twice and I was told by Steven, both times, that he would straighten that out with the insurance company, because he knew somebody there, and would call me back. Well, its been over a month and have heard nothing from them. If this is the way customers are treated I couldn't in good conscience use their services again.

It's my first time working with the program so I called the Toyota customer service and they confirmed that yes they could help me out. I arrived and was helped by Victor who serviced my vehicle. He was professional, took note of my concerns, told me they'd run a diagnostic and follow up. I cannot speak towards purchasing a vehicle here or negotiating deals from the other negative reviews but I can say they run a tight ship in the service department. Victor did an excellent job keeping me in the loop on the status of my service by walking over to give me updates while I waited in the nearby waiting area. He even texted to me to keep me informed too. Little touches to maintain open communication are what make the customer service experience enjoyable for me, and Victor delivered! When all was said and done, I had a clear understanding of what work was needed and what I could hold off on. I'll gladly come back to this location to have more work done on my car. Bonuses: Waiting room is large to accommodate 15+ people with social distancing. Restrooms are clean. The space is air conditioned.

Icing on the cake was the $2,000 suggested maintenance on my 4 year old 30,000 mile car. The estimate was however nicely presented by my service advisor! I'll be servicing my car at an independent garage next time!
