I've gotten haircuts from Peggy there three times now. (So I can only speak to her skills.) The first haircut, I was convinced the entire time she was cutting it that it was awful. She has a strange style (blow dries my incredibly thick hair STRAIGHT UP in the air, won't keep a part, refuses to use a straightener despite my asking). Despite this, I got a not-bad cut. I went back again and was very clear on the things I wanted changed. AND SHE DID IT. My second haircut there was fabulous. This time, I took a risk and went back 8 weeks later (like you're supposed to) for a trim. I told her the haircut was great and just trim it up. I GOT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CUT. Some sections are trimmed and some are a full 2 inches shorter. How can you not manage to trim YOUR OWN HAIRCUT? So frustrated. I find her to be incredibly inconsistent and unreliable, and I won't be going back.
