I did try several of the crafted candies , a salty dog and moscato both were delicious and decadent . I also tried a few truffles, a pistachio and a hazelnut both delicious , the hazelnut was my favorite . The chocolate is rich , creamy and not overly sweet . Perfection ! What makes this restaurant truly special is not only the food but also the warmth and hospitality of the family who runs it. We dropped by the next day around lunch time. No line, easy parking. The menu board has over 40 flavors, which include some intriguing ones such as honey cinnamon, honey lavender, blackberry ginger, avocado coconut. I did the cinnamon, the wife opted for the lavender. They were REALLY UNIQUE AND REALLY GOOD. My daughter has some food allergies, and we were impressed by the careful listing of potential allergens on the menu list. Next time I'm out on the east end of Long Island, I'll be going there again and getting some quarts to go. I just advise you to either go off-peak, or be prepared to hob-Nob with a lot of locals for a while in line.
