I explained the problem to Dmitri, and showed him the issue at hand. He was confident that he could fix the major mess, and quickly went to diagnosis the problem. He was completely professional and worked diligently. Considering I had been without internet and dealing with this problem for some time I was happy to have someone attend to it. I'll admit it felt kind of touch and go there as we both put our heads together for a solution, and then he reached out to his boss and another network tech, and a little light bulb went off over his head and then he really went into a flurry of work. All in all in less than an hour, Dmitri had fixed a major headache of mine. He did it professionally, and with a problem-solving determination.
