I recently scratched the lenses on my favorite pair of glasses, and I was devastated. I called Wink, and they were able to offer me a higher quality lens, all of the 'bells and whistles' (anti-scratch coating, anti-reflective coating, transitions lenses) for MUCH less than other places. They also have a 2-year warranty on lenses, which is AMAZING and much better than I've found at other establishments. On top of offering a great deal, my experience here was FANTASTIC. I had my lenses in just under a WEEK and I didn't even have to give up my glasses during that time - I brought them in when the lenses arrived, and they put them in place for me on the spot. They also cleaned my glasses very thoroughly, AND gave me a new case, microfiber cleaning cloth, and lens cleaning spray. Overall, the staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the space is chic and welcoming...it really is an EXPERIENCE. 11/10, would recommend to EVERYONE. :)

My eyes aren't very bad off that I can't function without glasses, and normally I'd go a bit higher end. The glasses are kinda cheap, feel too easy to break, and don't really fit very well. The service seemed geared towards getting people in and out as quickly as possible without really providing much support for fit or helping find an option that you actually like. They don't take my insurance, but did give me a free second pair. Overall, I didn't spend much for two workable pairs of glasses. If cheap and fast are your goals, then this is the place for you. Overall... in a pinch, I'd go back, but this is not really a place where I felt exactly good about my purchase. Oh... the movie was worth it.
