Do not come here for any type of service if you're in need of medical help and especially do not allow yourself to be seen by Dr Michael k Shafe. He does not know how to treat or care for woman. Will disrespect you if you have any further questions about his treatments.Also does not follow HIPPA guidelines when it comes to your privacy, if you make him upset he will discuss your private info very loudly for his entire facility to hear. Unfortunately, I had to visit urgent care....but fortunately, I chose Urgent Care Express. It was a very warm and inviting lobby and environment. Instead of hard waiting room chairs, there were chairs and sofas. They had a couple different areas, and TV's. The staff were all friendly and treated me wonderful. In the end, they had to refer me to a higher acuity facility, but made sure I would be refunded my copay. They didn't try to run a bunch of tests and then tell me they couldn't treat me. I really appreciated the upfront honesty from my provider. It made me feel like they had my health in there best interest. The nurses were very caring, and let me tell them everything that was happening without feeling rushed. Fingers crossed I won't need their services in the future, but should I, would definitely go back to this location. read more

We went to get our sports physicals. Wonderful staff!!!! We had a great experience and felt very cared for. I would recommend going it was amazing. Our provider was Christian Tanner. He was AMAZING!!!!! Lots of laughs. Definitely will be going back. read more

My husband and I took my son to the Urgent Care express last night and while we were there I overheard some of the staff making fun of our Asian background. A man in a red jersey was mocking a foreign language and everyone laughed, and when my husband came back in with food he overheard a woman with messy hair talking about how we'd just come in from the nail salon? They X Rayed my son and gave him a boot for his ankle, the care was good but the rest of the experience was very unwelcoming. I don't plan to go there again. read more

Waste of time. I had a severe sinus infection, extreme fatigue, ear infection, red swollen tonsils that repeats this time every year. My doctor had no slots on a Friday. I thought I'd try this place. They gave me the parental advice to drink a lot of fluids, take Metamucil, and sleep: This has never worked for me that this infection needs treatment. I called my doctor to wait until next week and they worked me in after telling them this place wouldn't help me. My good doctor gave me a course of treatment and I'm much much better two days later. Don't waste your time and money in this place. read more

Read reviews of how slow things were, but we were out of town and this was our best bet. Took 1.5 hours to get a steroid shot. Office was full of people, but daughter was the only patient. Would think with that many employees the place could operate more efficiently. Maybe "express" should be removed from the name? read more

Although the waiting room was very clean and organized, as well as refreshments provided, they need a different MD there. I waited & waited to be seen by McFarlin, just to try and tell me i didn't have severe asthma. (that i've had since i was 2.) He also shoved the otoscope (ear thing) so far into my ear, i physically flinched. He looked everywhere but at me while talking to me, and i felt so uncomfortable the whole time being in there i didn't even really tell him what was actually wrong with me. 0/10 do not recommend unless you have a whole day to waste being here. read more

Great clinic! New and fresh, very clean. Everyone there was very friendly and positive...even on a Saturday morning! From the receptionist to the nurse Abby),the nurse practitioner (Sandy) and x-ray tech, everyone was very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. Printed out discharge information was helpful. I was impressed with the people and the facility. They even had TV's in the patient room (not that I watched it, but would be great if you had kids) Wait was very reasonable, but I was one of the first ones there for the morning. read more

After waiting outside in the cold for almost an hour, I got in the door and was told there would be another 2-3 hour wait (in my car) for my medical issue while they continued to process walk-up requests for Covid-19 testing. read more

I had an excellent experience at urgent care express. From the time I walked into the door until I was being examined was about 10 minutes. Very comfortable waiting room complete with coffee and water. The staff made it so easy that from now on this is where I will go. read more

Phenomenal care ! Can't tell you when the last time I went to the Dr they didn't just want to get me put the door. Sandy the nurse practitioner I saw made sure her theory was correct. Not only that they sent lab work off to make sure she was giving me the antibiotic that would FIX me. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family any time the need arises again. read more
