Facility seems passable as far as smell and cleanliness. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with the business office because, of negligence on their filing with insurance or Medicare, then you must deal with the disdain of unprofessional staff. They are not informative as to when you will be paying out of pocket until you have run up a bill in the thousands and are expected to pay immediately without prior knowledge. Facility is ok for short term stay but I wouldn't recommend for any long duration. I would give 3 stars to the staff but none to administration.

Julie Turner - Zero Stars. One visit. Waited for nearly an…read morehour. She rushed through. Total 10 minutes in the room. Did not listen, did not ask questions. Assumed without communicating with her patient. Another doctor that expects their patient to be honest with them, while they are not. I will be finding a new GI, one that actually has concern for her patients rather than just another one on the books. Making ASSumptions about a patients life is how you lose patients. Absolutely disgusted by her behavior. Not professional. Her clinical notes are not only ignorant, they are blatantly WRONG. If she would have brought it up with me, we could have communicated about my past 15+ years in chronic pain with countless failed treatments and we could have resolved it. Instead, she did not ask questions about my past medical history, she marks her assumptions down on my paperwork without even acknowledging it with me. Shameful for a health professional to behave in such a manor. Doctors like her are the reason I audio record all appointments. It's their word against theirs. If I'm paying more than $300 for a doctor visit, they better be doing their dang job and doing it well!! Doctor and patient are supposed to be a team. What else am I paying you for?! I've been yanked around the medical system for over a decade. I do not and will not put up with self-righteous "doctors" such as Julie Turner. Putting themselves and their own warped ideas before their patients health. It's repulsive. Even though i have family history Colon cancer, she chose not to do a colonoscopy but instead told me to lay off the medical marijuana. Medical marijuana is the only thing that remotely gives me an appetite. if she would have asked I could have told her that the medical marijuana is for the 16+ years in chronic pain with countless failed treatments, therapy included, she would have know that her assumption was ignorantly wrong. She needs to go back to school, it's pitiful when the former patient knows more than the former doctor. I've already found my new GI, hopefully one that deserves my money. because Julie Turner and staff sure as heck did not.

The trouble with the chain places is the cater to people who dont understand the importance of the Lense material or the lab that cuts the lenses to fit you prescription. Are they more expensive? A little. Are they worth it? absolutely. Most discount places like Sams, Costco, etc. Use lower quality labs or there on in house labs to cut the lenses. Only Vision Source uses a Premium lab to cut your lenses giving you the best vision possible. The frame is important for looks and comfort, the lenses are important for your actual vision and visual comfort. Vision Source understands and cares about both! Joe helped me and he knew his stuff! He also did not try to sell me something I did not need or want. He took the time to understand my vision needs. You can go somewhere else, but when it comes to your vision why compromise? they have knowledge, expertise, skill, and understanding of your specific vision needs based on the questions they know to ask. Discount places could care less. Do yourself a favor and check out the Vision Source Eyecare in Saint Joe MO. You will thank me and them!

I got a good checkup, but at the end of my visit they pointed me towards the most expensive glasses. That was my first head's up. When I returned for my glasses a week later, they acted as if they didn't know me and I still had to write a check for the unexpected balance after insurance. Ok, I sucked it up, then I tried on the glasses and the prescription was WAY off. My mistake was leaving there with the glasses expecting my eyes would adjust, and the girl at the front counter acted as if it wasn't her problem. Anyway, I won't be going back, and I'll continue wearing reading glasses 1.25 which I've never had a problem with, old faithfuls, except that I have to change them every six months or so.

The staff reviewed every document with me, this is very appreciated when you are a first time patient. We reviewed all the paperwork and they had me watch a 4 minute video on what will be performed and the time taken to complete the visit. While I have been to chiropractor's previously, I have never had treatment with an actuator. After receiving treatment I can say I will never go back to being manually adjusted.
