The staff reviewed every document with me, this is very appreciated when you are a first time patient. We reviewed all the paperwork and they had me watch a 4 minute video on what will be performed and the time taken to complete the visit. While I have been to chiropractor's previously, I have never had treatment with an actuator. After receiving treatment I can say I will never go back to being manually adjusted. I could not be more pleased with everyone in the Wathena, KS. office, what a great and caring staff!! I look forward to continuing my care with them and am so grateful for them all.

Her staff is so great with the kids, making them feel comfortable and relaxed! I cannot thank her staff enough for all they do to put our kiddos at ease! I neglected going to a dentist for seven years after moving, and was very worried about going back to a dentist as I knew I had cavities. However, Dr. Clark and her staff were awesome at fixing all (5) of my cavities with ZERO pain, and the best part--- they didn't make me feel bad or guilty for waiting so long to go to a dentist! One last thing I really liked- her office is really modern and not like the dentist offices I remember as a kid. It's actually a positive experience to go there! Only drawback is her office has a toybox our kids love to pick out toys from after they have a dental cleaning done, so we now have several toys at home that our kids refuse to part with (ha!). Again, I highly recommend Clark Dentistry--Best dentist in St. Joe by FAR!!!!

This is just in case I provided them with bogus insurance information....which I did not. Well fast forward 3 months and I never got my refund and the FSA company that I used to pay the bill is rejecting it because they tell me that I was over charged and to contact the dentist office. Well now I can't get them to answer the phone to explain to me what's going on. Every time I call, the phone just rings and rings and then an automated voice asks me to enter my remote access code. No prompt to leave a message or anything. What the heck are they doing over there? Pretty sure I am never going back there again cause if they screwed me over once, they are just going to do it again. They either lied to me (which I'm thinking that they did) or they completely forgot all about me, which is just as bad. Shame on you Brownsberger!

I really appreciated the upfront honesty from my provider. It made me feel like they had my health in there best interest. The nurses were very caring, and let me tell them everything that was happening without feeling rushed. Fingers crossed I won't need their services in the future, but should I, would definitely go back to this location.
