I have an audio recording of the DON and/or the Administrator admitting that my grandma was abused by staff in another incident. After I reported it, staff was retaliatory, my grandma felt threatened, and she was evicted. The letter stated it was because they couldn't meet her needs, due to staffing issues, but they told the state it was because of bad social media reviews by family. So it was VERY retaliatory. So while there are some GREAT staff there, but they will hire anyone, with any background to work there.

The occupational therapist named Kim was verbally abusive as well as throwing a heavy ball in my face with some force! The only decent therapist there was named Panji and he was a talk therapist. His catheter was disgusting and not changed even after we had asked them to change it ,and one female worker called him "stupid "which we did a report on. We do believe he was neglected, we asked to have him sent to the emergency room. This was on a Wednesday and he passed away Friday morning please people be aware take care of your family in this facility the hospital said he had pneumonia and that very morning the nurse at ignite checked his lungs and said he sounded just fine. Again, I'm not saying my dad was the healthiest person in the world. He wouldn't be there if he was, but I am definitely in shock that he went in there better than he came out now he's gone. I do believe that if we didn't push the fact that he needed to go to the ER, he would have died in there, but instead he died in the hospital these are just some of the pictures of him and we have so many more we are having this looked into
