So I visited options and found KRH stood way above anything else. Much more professional and happy staff. They administer meds on time w/o being asked, and they're proactive if even the smallest medical issue occurs. Outstanding physical therapy. The first time, I was sent there by my Dr. This time, I was given a choice of several places and I chose to go to SERC....and they weren't even on the list! Nate is AMAZING! He takes the time to really find the spots that need to be worked on, and is the only person who can pop my back in the middle! Also, a couple of years ago, my son needed PT and Jack was his therapist. She really took the time to make sure he knew what to do at home and helped him to heal the right way. All in all....I would recommend SERC to anyone needing physical therapy!

First, they tried to ignore severe pain and muscle spams due to nerve damage in my hip that…read moreoccurred during my knee replacement surgery as "a little soreness after surgery." I had to force the issue of effectively treating the situation and it still took them 10 days before they bothered to do the correct treatment that should have been done on postop day 2. This borders on malpractice. Secondly, when I was asked, I told them that I expected to be walking without a cane after surgery. I had been forced to use a cane for about 5-6 years prior to surgery due to safety concerns and the need to preserve what I could of being able to use the knee. My expectation of being able to walk normally was completely ignored. Instead, when I tried to walk without the cane, I was told to keep using the cane. This continued throughout my entire time in rehab. Somehow they thought that using the cane was going to help me be able to walk without it. Even I don't think that's right!! This means that I couldn't really walk when they decided to dismiss me from their care. They didn't care about getting to the correct place; all they cared about was that I could stand and waddle around a little with the cane. That is not good rehabilitation. It is coming up on a year since my surgery and I still cannot walk normally because they never appropriately addressed the problems in my hips that were caused by the use of the cane. Basically they expected me to figure it out on my own. I am going to have to go to a different doctor (not one who is part owner of this facility) and a different PT place in order to get proper medical care. I find that disgusting. I will never recommend this PT facility to anyone. At this point I am unsure if I will ever be able to return to my sport. They do not care about performance. Do they even know what that word means? They only care about money.

My treatment at ARC has been off and on for almost a year due to an on the job injury…read more I have gone through regular PT on my shoulder and knee and also an intensive work hardening program. I absolutely adore the people working here. They are super friendly and easy to get along with. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about my treatment. I was with Michelle and JulieAnne for the first part of rehab on my shoulder. They were both great. I was with Ivan after my knee surgery, mostly on work hardening. His approach to my treatment was exactly how I expected it to be. My job requirements are to lift very heavy weight. He pushed me but was very aware of not causing more injury. He came across as genuinely caring about my well being and my ability to get back to work. I hope I never get injured again but if I do need rehab, I will request to come to this rehab facility.
