Tried this place for first time, visiting from Chicago. Color selection is insane, lots of options. Got acrylics/dip and pedicure. Nails are perfectly even- I'm really particular with that and they did a near-perfect job. For how fast she was able to get my nails done while also answering phones and greeting people walking in, I'm impressed. :) Only thing I'd change- hotter stones for the hot stone. Felt more like "kinda warm" stones. Which I didn't mind one but because everything else was so great. Also- toenails were disappointing. Had a very light pink, which they only did one coat for. Looks bad read more

Friendly efficient great value! Very relaxing! Lots of colors to choose from, waxing was quick and professional, everyone was so accommodating and the pedicure was perfect. I will return! Thank you! read more

The young woman who greeted me was asking me questions in an unfriendly manner. While I was waiting she began speaking in Vietnamese in a tone that showed her annoyance. I suspect she was talking bad about me . I would prefer to go to a salon where they speak only English. read more

I brought my mother here since it is close to her assistant living facility. This is our second time here. We came back again cause the nail tec, Joe did such a good job! My mother's gel manicure lasted 4 weeks! Even though they advertise they take "walk-ins" make an appointment for Annie will scold you for not making one. She will really give it to you especially if its a Saturday. Her bark sounds worse than her bite. She is actually very nice but you would never know at first by her mean and unfriendly greeting when you walk in the door. read more

We made an appointment for 3 to make sure they could accommodate us. I'd suggest the same for anyone else! The tech that did my dip powder manicure was very skilled; it's difficult to find techs that excel at the dip powder but I was pleased with these. She did get my skin more than a few times as you can see in the photo but the quality of the overall product makes up for it. Beauty is pain right? Haha. The tech that did my pedicure was very thorough and patient. He took his time taking very good care of my cuticles despite the fact that they were starting to close up when we got around to my pedicure. Both final products look great! Another note; given that some techs don't speak a lot of English, sometimes there's a bit of a language and communication barrier. I noticed a younger tech was very good at checking on guests even if she wasn't working directly on their services. She overheard me commenting on how the color wasn't quite what I wanted but I'm not one to fuss over the little things. It was still a great manicure. Overall very happy with our visit! read more

I'm so picky that I had started doing my own nails a couple years ago because I couldn't find a nail salon that I felt was worth spending my money at. However, I'm also not a professional and they take me forever to do.. It was my birthday last week and I needed them done but didn't have the time so I decided to get them done somewhere nearby and am so happy I did! Annie took such great care of me and even helped me pick out the perfect color (which is also super hard for me to do). I almost wish she hadn't done such a great job because now I want to continue getting them done here.. I highly recommend AT Nails! read more

I had such a lovely experience at AT Nails & Spa! I made an appointment beforehand - It doesn't seem like they take too many walk-ins. Every other customer who was in there while I was made appointments. The salon is very clean and tidy. They have made some changes in response to COVID (I visited during the week of June 8, 2020); including plexiglass barriers at each manicure station and hanging plexiglass barriers at the pedicure stations. They are seating people at every other station (both mani & pedi). Also, they require masks for entry into the salon. I had Joseph do my manicure and pedicure. He did such an awesome job! He was diligent and took his time for sure (so if you are in a rush, I wouldn't recommend), but the finished product was wonderful - My cuticles and polish have never looked better! He definitely cares about his work/art. There was a sign that their prices increased slightly due to COVID, but I never visited before the pandemic to compare prices. So, the manicure pedicure was $37, which I thought was still very reasonable for the time spent and finished product. I highly recommend! read more

John did a fantastic job shaping my wife's nails. Another tech did outstanding on the Galaxy art for the paint. Showed her a photo, and she was spot on. I especially enjoyed the pedicure treatment. Everyone was very nice and sociable during our time there. Highly recommend. read more

I came here while on vacation for a dip manicure and pedicure. The prices are very reasonable. My nails are still going strong and it's been 3 weeks! The place was not too busy. They are following mask protocols. Would recommend! read more

Update: I tried AT nails again to see if appointment reservation and timing got any better. It was slightly better this time around. However, my nail tech did a HORRIBLE job on my nails, she also cut my toe.. it bled so much. I addressed the issue with the owner, she told me I could come in the next day to have it fixed. I did go in the following day to have my nails nails redone.. well, she cut my finger! It was horrible. Never going there again. read more

PUSHY PUSHY PUSHY!!! I just moved to the area and I decided to try this place I went to the gentleman in the front one day and he did an AMAZING job so I wanted to come back. Unfortunately he was off for vacation when I went the second time, so I had the lady in the front, first one closest to the door. I wanted acrylic with gel clear pink color! She insisted on dip I said three time I didn't not want dip. At this point I should've walked out! I finally said do whatever you want and she laughed. Don't ever go to a pushy nail lady! Other than her the salon was great. I love my pedicure!! Probably won't return though. read more

Went today to my appointment to get powder nails off and try a gel manicure. They were 30 minutes late! The fellow who took care of me was arrogant and belittling. I asked a few guestions and he said "he was tired of people coming in and not knowing what they want or not knowing the difference between types of products and on and on...". I told him I was new and wasn't sure if I wanted the powder or a gel and he kept pushing the acrylics on me. Also, he kept making a big deal about my fingers moving too much and said "I can't work like this, your too stiff!" No customer service at all. Maybe it was just him but I'm never going back! read more

Had a gel manicure and pedicure. The polish chipped off within 3 days. I called to have the polish redone and was told to come back in. Annie was so rude to me about this I was treated very poorly. Also the pedicure was so rough I had to tell him to stop twice because he was hurting me. Never again! read more

I told them I wanted the $25 pedicure with glitter gel nail polish. She did something that bumped me up to the $30 pedicure, didn't tell me, and didn't tell me until after she was done with my pedicure that the nail polish she used was an extra $15.00. So when you go get your nails done ask how much extra the nail polish is. I'm on medical leave from my job after have throat surgery. I was forced to pay $45.00 plus a $5.00 tip, I really couldn't afford due to being on medical leave. I don't appreciate how I was tricked into paying outside of what I asked for. Although the service was nice, the deception is real. read more

I can't believe how much you get for the basic pedicure deal. It was a great experience.

I got an acrylic set done. There's nothing too awful about them and they're actually pretty well done. they're a little uneven but you can't always ask for perfection. i can tell she tried and that's all you can ask for. she did cut me a bit but besides all that the nails turned out pretty cute! if i lived here i would probably come again. read more

I booked an appointment for 11:00 am and they were very rude and my pedicure never happened. It is not very clean in the nail salon and I would not recommend this place at all. When you book an appointment you should not have to wait over 18 minutes to get started. read more

I just recently moved to the area and was looking for a clean nail salon with a good ambiance. When I walked into AT Nails, that is just what I received. They were very busy and were kind enough to encourage making an appointment for a tad later in the day to ensure I didn't have to sit around and wait too long. I appreciated the honesty. Sue slayed my nails and most importantly- she nailed my shape! I will 100% be back and I am so happy that I found a nail salon that I can now be a regular client at! read more

OK nail salon the quality was good but the service is not very good they did not do what I asked for on my nails also the lady who was painting my nails ( I think she was the owner) yelled at me for flinching when she pushed my cuticles this is why I have a 2 star review the only good part was they lasted for a long time so disappointed read more

I thought I'd be happy to find a salon much closer than my regular one. I went for a pedicure. Apparently, because there was a tiny shaving nick on one leg, he refused to do anything more than trim my nails and apply polish. I would have had no problem to pay, maybe $10. Then charged me $40.00. That is nearly twice what I pay at my regular salon for a great spa pedi., massages, lotions, everything. As far as I'm concerned, it was a total rip off and I'll go back to driving to my regular salon. Very disappointed. read more

Visiting her from out of town and was able to get an appt. the same day. Very clean salon. Joseph recommended I get a dipped manicure instead of a regular manicure. I have very short nails and the dip make them longer stronger and longer. Beautiful job Joseph! read more

My first time in this salon and I will say I've had a great experience. From the warm welcome to the wide range of colors to the tech who performed my pedi. She was conversationalist. Professional. The spa is clean. The music is lovely and sets a relaxing atmosphere. I got the cooling cucumber pedicure and the tech was awesome the treatments were awesome and I think very reasonably priced. They serve water and wine. I was really impressed the lady sitting next to me had been in the salon before and the tech knew her family and they carried on conversation(appropriately) as if they were family. I would highly recommend this salon if you are in the area. Very impressed by my experience. read more

By far one of the best pedicures I've ever had. So thorough and amazing massage. Definitely recommend this lite gem highly!!!

Worst experience in a nail salon that I have had. When it is to their advantage they claim to speak English, when it is not to their advantage, then they claim their English is not so good. What seemed to be the managing woman, pulled me off of the girl that was doing my nails and moved me to someone else. They did not communicate between each other, my nails ended up being filed down so much I left with no nails. One rounded them, the next one squared them off, I told her I wanted them rounded, so she took them down another notch. I would not recommend these people at all. I tried to communicate with the second girl that was doing my nails but I don't think she spoke English. :( read more

Their quality of gel polish outlasts a lot of other places in the area, their prices are quite reasonable, and the family that owns this salon is super friendly. My main issue is always expect to wait, even if you have an appointment. They don't have enough technicians and their pedicure station supply carts and massage chairs need an upgrade . You definitely have to speak up if time is a concern of yours, otherwise expect a two hour (but very thorough) mani/pedi. Otherwise, this has to be one, if not the best, place is Bradenton. read more

Made an appointment, after waiting for an hour another lady walked in with an appointment as well once she chose her color was brought to a chair to start. 20 minutes later I was brought to a chair and then 15 more minutes finally had my nails started. Very clean, very friendly and professional with the largest amount of nail polish colors I've ever seen!

Good news- they will always get you in quickly. Technicians are really nice. Perfect manicure and pedicure every time Bad news: may not get what you asked for. Product, service, color might be a surprise. Don't sleep or play on your phone- keep checking on what is happening. read more

This place is just ok. I'm never overly satisfied and usually disappointed about something that occurred. I almost always get some type of knick or cut. The basic manicure is just a shape and color pretty much so just a warning. Either way I do go back because it's right around the corner but I wouldn't wait for this place. read more

I am very disappointed. I've had my appointment scheduled in advanced. Arrived on time and had to wait for way more than half an hour. They took a walk in who came after me instead of me. I waited for 50 min and then left. Nobody even apologized or talked to me to make sure I was satisfied while waiting. read more
