We'd seen an advertisement for Magnolia Outdoor Living and didn't realize they were so close. Took a drive over and fell in love with everything in the store. All of their furniture is Amish built in Ohio. Adirondack chairs, gliders, swings, pergolas, picnic tables and benches, wind chimes, lawn decorations - they've got it all. Some of their stock is available with cushions, but there is a huge selection that doesn't have or need cushions. Lots of color combinations to choose from, too. Dean was incredibly helpful. He was a wealth of information regarding styling, construction and durability of everything they sell. All furniture has a 20-year guarantee; all of the screws used are marine-grade (non-rusting) hardware. We were informed how to properly care for and clean everything. We got 2 chairs (different styles) and a small table. So pleased with the quick delivery, too -- ordered on a Tuesday and delivered on Friday! There is an option for you to assemble your own furniture which does reduce the price. This is not your average big box store patio furniture. This is the real deal. Keep that in mind when you see the price list. After all, you get what you pay for, and we did NOT want to be replacing or repainting furniture in a few years. It was painless. I dealt with Zoe there. Upon her follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. I told her everything was good. Better than good. I was impressed with their service regarding a $370 desk that I ordered an Ashley matching King size sleigh bed frame from them. A $1250 purchase. Zoe said it would be delivered within 2 weeks as they had to wait on it from Ashley. Which was the normal time frame from other companies. Promptly they delivered, set it up on the second floor and hauled the packing and boxes away. I have nothing but good to recommend Cypress Furniture.

Had my wife go in to try and find a recliner i could use (former firefighter and disabled - so…read morefinding a chair to deal with my spinal issues is critical). the salesman was helpful and nice. that is about as much as we can say positive about the experience. we got the chair delivered, and immediately notice that the controls are not working as intended. the 'stand' button works only intermittently, and the foot down button does not work at all - it works the 'stand' function. we contact them immediately... upset. they apologize and ask what we want to do. if its faulty brand new... im not wanting to gamble on another if its this level of craftsmanship... so they tell us they will exchange it. through a TON of pain i decide to go up there to test them myself as i dont want to risk this further. we pick out one, then they go to do the paperwork... at which point they tell us there will be a 25% restocking fee. we are not paying restocking fees on a defective product. they wont budge at all... claiming its a more expensive chair... that there is a $800 difference (the two chairs are within $50 of each other in price on their website)... and finally after we tell them we DO NOT CARE what needs to happen - we just need what we paid for or a refund, and even that we are willing to pay an extra $150-200 just to be done and over with this ordeal ... they tell us they cant do anything and want us to pay an extra $600 for a working chair. we had to issue a credit card chargeback. worst experience ever. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

From top to bottom, these guys are amazing…read more I'd received a pretty obnoxious quote for a covered patio and kitchen so did a little bit of price shopping. Of the 6 quotes I got, Jacob at Your Texas Patio blew them all away (he beat the obnoxious one by nearly $50,000 for basically the exact same project). I generally don't go for the cheapest option, but after the initial conversations he had me convinced that he knew what he was doing. So, I dove right in. As soon as they had the go ahead, work was underway. Angel led the way on the construction end and was out there every day (often including the weekends) doing everything from tearing out the side of the house to connect the structure, putting down posts, framing the roof, painting, etc. A real construction stud. In no time the project was complete and I'm extremely happy with the finished project (which beat our target date by about 2 weeks). Sure, there were some snags along the way. I had some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed (1960s house with original sewage lines), a sprinkler than was inadvertently damaged and the need to run a gas line from the other side of the house. Jacob fixed anything that needed to be fixed immediately, and if there was something outside the scope of the project he had someone out there for me to consult with on the same day (I couldn't even get my longtime plumber or audio guys out within two weeks). If I had a tweak to design or a minor addition, it was done. If I had questions on the project at 11pm after a few whiskeys or on a weekend at 7am on my way to a soccer game, it was answered. Sure, he looks like a kid, but he knows what he's doing. I'll be using them on my next projects and you probably should, too.
