They were friendly and once I was done helped me with my items out the store. The restroom is all the way down there as well, and a second one on the same side of the store by CVS. So...if you are elderly, have any kind of mobility problem, your best door is the order pickup doors.

The shopping experience was made enjoyable with Terry Tucker's knowledgeable introduction to the options out there on the floor; he showed us what they had, then left us to our own devices to look and measure the options without following us around or pressuring our search. Once we finally made our decision, he also provided a lot of support when we attempted to finalize the order online - eventually we were unsuccessful, but a trip to the warehouse to order solved that in short order. Delivery was fast and efficient - the deliverers noticed and took it upon themselves to reject and re-order two pieces of the 6 pc sectional. The extra two pieces came promptly the next business day, and now we have the full sectional in place and are pleased with the quality of the items themselves, as well as the delivery process and staff. The first call was with a recliner issue and the second call was regarding a bent leg on a patio sofa. I have been dealing with multiple eye surgeries (9) and didn't see the bent leg until after I water proofed all the cushions and even tried to touch up a small scratch because I didn't want to bother the service people. It was only after I did that was when my wife noticed the bent leg! My wife suggested I call Customer service and tell them everything that happened. I was lucky to be connected to Darlene, a service rep in Colorado who listened to my situation and was able to help me. She was extremely friendly and understanding. Darlene not only helped me to get the frame replaced instead of us driving it back to the store, Darlene arranged a pick up and delivery for us. Even during the Christmas season, their hours convey their interest in helping customers - 10am-4pm. I went to their store and they did not have anything. I asked if there was any place in town that might have a rocker. "I wouldn't know..." she said. I asked if there was an online dealer she could recommend. "No." And at that point I decided to leave. Plus I could tell she was becoming annoyed since 4pm was rapidly approaching. So having had enough of her "I don't give a crap attitude," I went home and did my own online search. I found the perfect chair at (believe it or not) Target. The price was only $75 and they overnighted the chair. I received it the very next day, fully assembled, extremely well packed, and in perfect condition. Cannot Recommend Them…read more Had a hot tub installed by Accent Outdoors earlier this year. In July, I contacted our Rep. regarding one of the lights in the hot tub already rusting. Was told that they would get someone out at earliest to fix it. Here we are in November, and still nothing. Have sent multiple requests. Also, during design phase, we decided to have pop up fountains installed, that function every time the pump is running. Wasn't told that because they pop up every time the pump runs, that we could not get a cover for the tub. And also, with any big wind events, the water is blown from the fountains out onto the ground., thus draining the tub. Again asked out Rep a month ago, if we could just cap the fountains off, because they are not worth the trouble. Was informed that they did not know if they could be capped, but would "check and get back to us". Nearly a month later, still no response. When you have work done, such as installing a hot tub / pool, I expect some level of customer service to follow / continue after completion. We cannot recommend using Accent Outdoors
