Even during the Christmas season, their hours convey their interest in helping customers - 10am-4pm. I went to their store and they did not have anything. I asked if she could get a rocker overnighted. "Not an option," she said. "It will take 6 weeks after you place your order." Well, with Christmas only one week away, that's not going to work. I asked if there was any place in town that might have a rocker. "I wouldn't know..." she said. I asked if there was an online dealer she could recommend. "No." And at that point I decided to leave. Plus I could tell she was becoming annoyed since 4pm was rapidly approaching. So having had enough of her "I don't give a crap attitude," I went home and did my own online search. I found the perfect chair at (believe it or not) Target. The price was only $75 and they overnighted the chair. I received it the very next day, fully assembled, extremely well packed, and in perfect condition. Cannot Recommend Them…read more Had a hot tub installed by Accent Outdoors earlier this year. In July, I contacted our Rep. regarding one of the lights in the hot tub already rusting. Was told that they would get someone out at earliest to fix it. Here we are in November, and still nothing. Have sent multiple requests. Also, during design phase, we decided to have pop up fountains installed, that function every time the pump is running. Wasn't told that because they pop up every time the pump runs, that we could not get a cover for the tub. And also, with any big wind events, the water is blown from the fountains out onto the ground., thus draining the tub. Again asked out Rep a month ago, if we could just cap the fountains off, because they are not worth the trouble. Was informed that they did not know if they could be capped, but would "check and get back to us". Nearly a month later, still no response. When you have work done, such as installing a hot tub / pool, I expect some level of customer service to follow / continue after completion. We cannot recommend using Accent Outdoors
