They held our furniture for us for several months until our project was complete, and they delivered when they said they would AND in the 2 hour delivery window. The guys who delivered were courteous and put the sectional together and did micro movements for me to get it exactly where I wanted it. In 2017 we purchased a leather sectional and a protection warranty. Today, I tried to file a claim only to find out the needed repair is not covered. We paid $700 for this warranty and the sales rep ensured us that rips/tears would be covered. In fact he said, "call them as many times as you want, it's covered." I went to the store today and spoke with Sam, the sales manager. He referred me to the customer care # as there is nothing he can do. He said it's written in the warranty (specifics not provided at time of purchase). Customer care said they were not sure why he referred me to them, he's the one that can do something. It's my fault for not asking more questions and reading warranty in print. But, I feel very deceived by Ashley Furniture. Don't get suckered like

The salesman "MT" was very patient and very helpful. We picked the furniture and tables and we scheduled a rush delivery (paid extra for it to be delivered before thanksgiving). I was shocked when the delivery arrived on time. The men set up everything, all parts and pieces were in excellent condition and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I even went back after Thanksgiving to buy a rug! I would definitely shop here again. The only reason I'm giving the store 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because I can't vouch for the QUALITY of the furniture quite yet. I'm hoping the leather lasts and is of good quality, but that will take some time to understand.
