At 9:30 pm on 9th July we visited your store at 4801 183A Toll Rd Cedar Park, TX 78613. In fact, we bought many products from you guys. While looking around my sister accidentally broke an item. I asked to pay for the item but the staff said we don't need to pay. There was an employee and I believe her name is Liz who asked us to leave the store immediately. Clearly racist. After we wondered why? Another employee her name is Jodey who claimed to be a manager came to explain that it was closing time. While your place closes at 10pm and there are still a lot of other customers shopping. Can we get a satisfactory answer from you guys? I know you guys are also looking for each customer during these difficult times, but the staff doesn't care about the customer's feelings whether they like or don't like, because they make money by the hour and their wages remain the same. So much stuff! I went in their for patio cushions because online it showed clearance for a bunch of them but once at the store they did not have any. I still bought hundreds of dollars worth so they had a good supply. I need a worker to answer a question and could not find one for the life of me. Checking out was weird. We were at the far end of the registers and they had the furthest register open so there was a good 30 between the line and a register open. read more

I loved Garden Ridge Pottery and decided to check out At Home. I've been here quite a few times now and their selection is great. I think that their prices are a bit high on some things but in general very reasonable. I got many Christmas items, kitchen organization items and home decor. I'm always tempted by the hundreds of cute things I see every time I visit. Their selection on outdoor patio cushions is amazing and I've been trying to decide on some bar stools for a little while now, sometimes I think they have so many that it makes it more difficult to decide. Supremely understaffed. Also I was waiting for 10+ min as a staffer re-put together a table I was buying (only one) bc they had parts that were not even secured to each other by 2 inches. I guess they thought the purchaser would not notice but then I had to flip the table over to haul it. Then, cashier did not give me the 10% discount I was promised for its imperfections; I had to return to the store and I did not get any seniority in the line and the line is already at 15 minutes and counting... They only have one person who can possibly check out; she made it sound like only two people are currently on the clock even. Last time shopping here. Wife bought 2 decor pillows. Went to return them for wrong colors. Person "in charge" that day along with cashier refused to return it because the tag was cut off. Problem was- we didn't cut them off. Knew we would return them as soon as we got them home. They said they would never put a pillow on the shelf without a tag- well , they did! Argued with us about it . Might as well call us liars! That's good customer service? We owned a retail store for 30 years. Would NEVER argue with a customer about something like this. Would happily refund because we knew we would get it back in the long run. Worst was as we were leaving the cashier waved a good bye that was more the look of good riddance than a good bye. Wow! This store is massive. It has everything you can possibly think of for your home. Patio furniture, wall decor, bedroom stuff, holiday decorations, and the list goes on and on. It can be a little overwhelming. Make sure you go with plenty of time to kill because it really is HUGE. I believe the pricing is fair considering the quality of the products. I dont come very often, but when I do I walk out with things I really wasnt looking for. You stumble across things you didnt even know you " needed " or even existed. Its pretty cool. I was really excited when I had discovered a new home store as I was shopping I went on there website to look up see if they had coupons it had brought me to a coupon with a barcode and stated it was valid until 10/15 today being only the 14th it should of been valid. A lady try to say they won't except it because it's not from them even though it clearly states there name and logo and the cashier even verified it was there's but it would not scan. She then try to say someone else may had posted there coupon. Regardless who posted it it came from your company website and should be honored very disappointed how this was handled. Though I have bought items several times since the opening of this location and recently even took their credit card, every time I visit I am unhappy about the terrible service at check-out! Long lines, just about every time! One checker, when there are about 7 stations for checkers. No response when I asked the lonely checker to call for back-up, something she should have done on her own, when the lines was snaking around the display on to the other side! I would shop here more often, but it is just too much hassle when other stores offer good customer service. One exception at check-out a lady called "Deb" from Jonestown, who provided excellent customer service. You need more of those. read more

I love this store for the selection and price. The customer service could be better at the register and carry out. I bought 2 chairs was told to pull up so I did and I waited finally I walked up again and said I'm waiting. Then the boy came with my chairs and watched me try to put them in my pilot. I absolutely LOVE this store. They have such a HUGE selection of any room in your house,backyard/garden,Christmas, Halloween /Fall/Thanksgiving, 4th of July,Easter...any holiday. And the prices are very inexpensive. The staff that work there are so kind,helpful and just make the end of your shopping trip as great as shopping itself. The manager is probably the best I've ever came across from shopping. So kind and unlike most management I'm places I go, she's always there to help you and go above and beyond. No...I dont work there nor know anyone personally there, lol ,it's just that great of a place to shop. Make sure you have at least an hour (more is better)because they have so many awesome things that (i was a tad bit overwhelmed by how many perfect household items they have) you want to be able to go through this place,and not miss a thing. read more

Tonight I went into this location planning on spending quite a lot of money. It was very hard to find an employee to assist me locating anything. Seems like they are very low on employees for such a huge store. I finally located a lady who seemed very adolescent and came to learn she was the manager on duty. I asked her a couple of questions which she quickly answered after several eye rolls and huffs and puffs. Please for the sake of your customers hire more employees and don't let children run your store. read more

I love home decor, and this store has a lot of decor! They also have furniture, storage, and other stuff for your house. Also some knick knacks like notepads, special post its, candy, and other giftable stuff. The prices are pretty good. The store is usually organized whenever we go. There's sections for beach / ocean themed stuff, country /farmhouse, modern, glam, retro, natural themed, floral with the wreaths, etc. The display + way the aisles are sorted make sense. And there's some aisles like the throw pillows section which is further sorted by color, so it's easier to find stuff. This is good because there aren't really any associates that I have ever found to help. Other than the cashiers, I don't think I have seen their employees around. read more

Poor Quality. You can't really find anyone who works there to help you. Over priced for the products they are selling. Most holiday selections are awful and look very dated. The checkout process is a disaster, they usually only have one cashier and a huge line. Items don't really go on sale and they don't have coupons. Hobby lobby or Kirkland's has better sales and selection for your home and holiday decor. read more

Yikes. This place is frightening. Reminds me of how far the standard of living in the USA has fallen in my lifetime. "At Home" is a home decor 'big box' store with a very disappointing array of knick-knacks and tchotchkes that are seemingly all sent over by the container load from southern China. I'm guessing that there are a few factories near Guangzhou that are working hard to keep up with the variety of dust catching junk on sale at this place. I walked through the entire store thinking I might find something to help organize my kitchen. Not a thing that I could find I would want to buy. Went to the Container Store 30 minutes away to find what I needed. Please, "At Home" don't open more stores in Central Texas. Cheap stuff sold at a cost. Caveat emptor. read more

OMG this store is so amazing! Hidden behind Costco in cedar park they have everything you will EVER want for your house. Oh and did I mention they are almost the same size as Costco? The employees are so helpful and willing to help you find anything you need help with. They have room displays setup in the store and I wanted all of them! A hidden gem in cedar park that is a must see for all home decor lovers! You have to check it out, but be prepared to spend hours there as the store is just so huge! They have about 50 different styles of patio cushions right when you first walk in the store and a huge selection of rugs in the back. Oh and every color of pillow you could ever think of. read more
