I had a van towed all the way to the Southside from near the United Center. That seems excessive. The woman on the phone was nice enough and reminded "open" for me to get the van that night. The guy who gave me back the van was actually super nice and made me feel at ease, especially since I was having a bit of a breakdown with all this stress. The only thing I didn't like is that they wanted me to Venmo or Apple Pay them (no credit cards). I think I know why, but this came off really shady in the moment and took longer to get the car out because of it. Again, this is a towing company so it's not the place for happy people. However, I suppose the whole ordeal could have been way worse and they had a sliver of decent customer service. Probably my weirdest review here!

This delayed the work from getting done by a couple days, but it ensured a job well done. "Z" replaced my alternator and the VCC Solenoid on my 2012 Honda Pilot. He also went through system checks to apprise me of other work that would need my attention. The mobile mechanic is convenient and a great business model. I won't hesitate to call "Z" in the future.
