Other than the wait, which is normal, the driver was very professional and easy to talk with. It was made obvious they preferred payment from Venmo or Zelle, but I wanted to use a credit card. No mention of surcharge. Got receipt, and saw 5% higher and said unexpected on the feedback that they asked for on the receipt. I got a call from Aiden's and he was yelling at me (later said just the way he talks) that he said there would be a surcharge and kept going. I hung up on him. He texted me and called me rude. I replied saying I could have contested the charge, but just was giving feedback and not going to contest it, but if he continues. He did reply back saying he was just trying to explain (I understood the 1st time) and wasn't yelling - he did apologize. I went the AAA for the service, but doubt would choose them on my own. Contracted through AAA to tow my SUV. They didn't send flat bed for the required tow. The inexperienced tow truck driver damaged my front bumper trying to hook up for the tow. The owner denied the claim stating my vehicle was already damaged. This company will not accept responsibility if they damage your property. To the towing consumer, beware of doing business with this company. I needed a vehicle tow last week Wednesday morning and used AAA to place the order. Aiden's Towing accepted the job from AAA knowing they didn't have an employee available to drive their flatbed truck. They called me and asked me to wait until 1 PM. for that person to come into work. I agreed to wait and was kept waiting all day long since they never showed up to tow my vehicle. I called AAA and the towing company multiple times throughout the afternoon and evening hours but wasn't able to contact any Aiden personnel regarding their commitment to towing my vehicle. I ended up calling AAA the next day to place a new order for a tow. I called Aiden the next morning and they finally answered the phone. I indicated they never arrived to pick up my vehicle yesterday, the Aiden agent responded with "My driver never showed up yesterday. As we all know having car troubles can be very stressful. I called AAA and got a tow for a flat tire. Aiden's towing company came and thank God they did because the driver Ralph was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me out! He made sure to call my phone to let me know when he was going to be there since triple AAA only tells you that they'll be there in a 2 hour window. This helped ease my anxiety of how long id actually be stuck for since it was already getting dark outside. I had some bags I needed to bring with me to the tire shop and he actually grabbed them for me and carried them to his truck! It's the little things he did to make my situation was the best one possible! It was already pretty late and the only tire shop around that was open turned out to be a mobile tire "shop" which meant they didn't have the tire I needed. At this point I was thinking I'm stuck in Addison which Im unfamiliar with but Ralph stuck around to make sure I was ok and when he saw I was going to be stranded he offered a ride. I feel like it can be hard to find good people now a days but you can tell that Ralph was just a genuine good guy!
