Miles, the store associate who walked me through the process of getting and setting up both devices, was unbelievably patient and skilled in walking me through every step and answering every question thoroughly and clearly. Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck. I reached out to him and came back 9 days later and he took my phone and replaced the screen within an hour for no extra charge.
