Miles, the store associate who walked me through the process of getting and setting up both devices, was unbelievably patient and skilled in walking me through every step and answering every question thoroughly and clearly. Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck. I explained the situation and he gave me his number and told me to come back during a weekday when he would be less busy and he would replace it. I reached out to him and came back 9 days later and he took my phone and replaced the screen within an hour for no extra charge.
