I'm not from CT and only stopped by the mall on my way back to DC. When I tried to take it to another Zagg I was told only this location could fix it. I was never told that when I received my service. Nor was I told that by having them fix my phone I would lose my Apple waranty. I've tried numerous times to call and have not received an answer. I talked to Corporate they told me it was a 3rd party vendor so there was nothing they could do. This is complete BS!

Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck. I'll most likely end up going to Ubreakifix or even the Apple store, to have my phone re-fixed, thereby spending more money than if I had not tried to be cheap to begin with.

Within a few weeks the screen began to flicker and steadily got worse. I went back to the store and spoke to Johnathan who advised he just took over the business. I explained the situation and he gave me his number and told me to come back during a weekday when he would be less busy and he would replace it. I reached out to him and came back 9 days later and he took my phone and replaced the screen within an hour for no extra charge. After waiting an inane amount of time (typically 20min past if you made an appointment), someone will saunter over. They'll either do the same diagnostic tests you can do yourself at home, or just try to sell you something. It's bullshit. First time I went to fix my aunt's phone, they effectively did nothing to fix it and then told her to buy a new one. Second time they told me I needed to replace my 2 year old Beats which die after 30min when fully charged because they 'couldn't service them'. Like I said, bullshit. Why would I spend money with a company that can't make quality products that last? There won't be a third visit. There are some friendly people (1 woman in particular), but the guys here just don't give a shit. Save your time and aggravation. Luckily not all Apple stores are this bad or I'd need to get a new phone too.
