    I have never left a bad review before, but I am leaving one now. I took my iPad in on Thursday…read moremorning to get the charging port replaced. They told me it would be a few days because they had to order the part. No problem. On Saturday, I receive a voice mail from them telling me that my iPad was ready. I went on Monday morning to pick it up, and they told me that they were just starting to work on it. I told them about the voice message, and they denied it even though it came from their phone number. So, I had driven 30 miles for nothing. They said it should be ready the next day (Tuesday) and they would call me. I didn't hear from them on Tuesday, so I called them on Wednesday. They said they were not quite finished and would call me that afternoon. On Thursday, I called and they said they were working on it and would be finished by 6 that evening. I told him that I was coming to Tyler on Friday morning so I would get it then. He said he would call when he was done. On Friday, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called them again. He said to give him an hour. I told him that I felt like I was getting the run around because for three days, they had told me it would be done. He said he would call me personally within the hour. I got a call a couple of hours later telling me it was ready for pickup. I drove to Tyler and they handed me my iPad. The glass was filthy and scratched. When I told him it was scratched, he snatched it out of my hand and squirted a cleaner on it. He handed it back to me. It was clean but was still scratched. I told him that it had deep scratches on the glass that were not there when I brought it in. He said that they didn't do it. I told him that the iPad had been in a case since I bought it and was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Nevertheless, I paid and told them I was not happy. I got my iPad and left. Before I could get in my car, he came running out to tell me that the case I had probably didn't protect the glass. I happened to have my case in my car. I showed him that it was a waterproof case and totally covered my iPad. He kind of looked shocked and said that the only thing they could do was put a tempered glass on it. I declined and left. In my opinion, they aren't trustworthy and are rude.

    I am Stephen Knipein Tyler, TX. My next door neighbor is also involved in this problem. Both houses…read moreare new this year. We are at the end of the telephone pole line. The builder included underground tubing for your cable to connect to each house. My house was connected in a few days but took 2 trips by different installers. My neighbor took 2 months because the installer said he would have to hire an electrician to run cable through tube. This was not true since the neighbor used a ball of string, piece of plastic and a vacuum to suck string through. Then your installer pulled the cable through. But to get to the problem. The connector at the top of the pole only allows two connections. The installer \said he would put a work order in to get this replaced. To connect he cut my connection at the base and put a splitter in temporarily. It was to be fixed when the connector up top would be replaced with a larger connector. That was over a month ago. Nothing has happened. I called their office and the male just wanted to go through a routine to check my modem. He would not listen to my need. I have experienced some slow down. I want to plant grass but can't because of the mess left in my yard. Splitters degrade the connection. I am sharing a service with the neighbor but both are paying full price. Please setup someone to come fix this! I can't keep calling and reaching someone that won't listen or isn't capable of understanding the problem. Seems like they are just not autonomous but programmed robots.
