I called customer service a few weeks later mainly to ask if the sale shorts online that day were true to fit. The lady told me it looked like it, though there were mixed comments. She said it sounded like the previous shorts that I bought were defective and they would let me return them. Ordered four pair (different colors), thinking can't go wrong if I get a 4 and size 6, right? WRONG. None of them fit. Suggest NOT ordering pants or shorts off of Loft sale website. I looked everywhere and only saw 34". Yes I'm tall, but a lot of men like their jeans/pants long to wear over their boots. If you go to Atwood's etc, you will find quite a lot of 36" and 38" inseams in work jeans. This was a huge miss for me. The staff didn't treat me like a dumb window shopper, they made me feel like someone who deserved their attention even though I was just looking. A lot of stores try for that but coach is the only one that can say they consistently don't discriminate and make everyone feel welcome. I love the brand, have had my wallet and keychain from this location for a few months and I only love it more now! It has a wonderful patina and gets lots of compliments.
