The order was placed and I then became aware that this is associated with a firm in Hong Kong. The order took 2 weeks to arrive from China and they shipped the wrong item. Instead of a can of room spray I got an unmarked package of black, gauze-like material. I have tried calling the customer service number and get a recorded message saying that I may have dialed the wrong number, cannot complete the call. I sent them an email and 2 customer service emails from their webpage and get NO response. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Only carried it a few times and the sides of the handle started coming apart. (wish I could post a photo). I called the boutique and the owner was out of town. I explained the situation to the store associate and sent her photos and no one has bothered to call me back. I don't live in Tyler so I guess my business isn't important to them. I just want to let the rest of you know that this store does not stand behind what they sell.
